The Westin Dallas Fort Worth Airport

"Very short stay, unplanned overnight stay due to our flight being cancelled. Arriving at hotel maybe 12:30am. Depart on 5am courtesy van. Room was clean, quiet and nice. Sheets & bed great. Waited for pick up after midnight, almost 1 hours, then a competing hotel van driver offered to drop us off for a few bucks. We jumped at the offer. Hotel van runs once per hour for the return to DFW. I mean seriously, once per hour, are you serious?  So our flight was 7am, so do you take a 5am van or 6am van. We took the 5am van, we were in the lobby at 4:45, got the last 2 seats on the van with my wife sitting on my lap, and I’m 75. So that van is a bit ridiculous, ruined a rather nice hotel experience."

"i couldn't asked more. amazing place, and best location in the amazing las Colinas. Everything you need with amazing pool/ all you need is close. 30min from the airport and 30min from the center of Dallas, i suggest not taking this hotel if you have a car."

"Our stay was good. The only problem we had was getting the shuttle - the person who answered the phone to assistance was not helpful. The shuttle took 45 minutes to arrive. After we got to the hotel, everything went smoothly except that they charged us the full rate a second time. I am working with trip.com now to resolve the matter. "The service level is worrying. You have to pay extra for getting a bottle of water from the front desk. 😅 In the morning, two of us went to have breakfast, and the waiter had to repeatedly contact the front desk to confirm whether we had breakfast! The breakfast couldn't be simpler. 😅"

"Every time I come for business trip, I choose this hotel. The environment is very good. It was raining on the day I came, and I could even roast by the fire. It felt very warm. The blueberries for breakfast were very big, bigger than the 88-yuan box I bought from Sam's Club. The strawberries were not as sour as I imagined, and the pineapple was good. I will continue to come next time."
