GGuest UserThe hotel was absolutely nice and beautiful! The room was very clean and well designed. The breakfast was good and we actually had our breakfast outside by the pool which was really nice. The pool is nice. The location is in a commercial area. I had a car so I was able to drive to places nearby. There are restaurants you can probably walk to however it’s hot in Texas. there is a very nice restaurant inside the hotel, but I didn’t try the food. I liked the hotel and would stay again. You have to pay 12$ a night for parking.

GGuest UserOur stay was good. The only problem we had was getting the shuttle - the person who answered the phone to assistance was not helpful. The shuttle took 45 minutes to arrive. After we got to the hotel, everything went smoothly except that they charged us the full rate a second time. I am working with trip.com now to resolve the matter.
The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable.

GGuest UserGood overall, the hotel offers shuttle bus (pick up and drop off) service but you have to call to reserve it. Cleanness is good but could be better. Breakfast is small and decent and only opens in 7am, you are going to miss it if you have an early flight. The room is very big. So it's a good choice if you are looking for a hotel for a long layover at Dallas Airport.

GGuest UserRoom was very large and spacious had a very homely feel. Breakfast had a very good selection of food including options for those with dietary requirements like myself as I can’t eat dairy. As a seasoned traveller I can say this is not often come by with hotels especially in America. Would definitely stay again.

GGuest UserBasically, the price-performance ratio is good. Close to the DFW. The cleanliness also seemed good.
THEN but unfortunately we had a really big cockroach on the bed!!!😡😡
The manager gave us another room of course but the night wasn't particularly good.
We were really worried that it would be the same in the other rooms.

Located between the stadium and the airport in Dallas, it is convenient because there is a shuttle bus to the airport.
It was about 10 minutes when I called at the time of pick-up, and it was good because I did 30 minutes and 24 hours every 30 minutes to the airport.
The facilities are old and the staff is appropriate, so it feels like a hotel suitable for the price.

GGuest UserCheck-in was not the best. Asked if I could get early check-in and ending up after their normal check-in time if I recall correctly. They were not that informative on if they would be able to do check-in early. Also said they were booked when I tried to stay the next day, but their website had rooms available and on other websites and on theirs.
