The details are carefully reflected everywhere, and the stay is particularly comfortable. The location of the hotel is very convenient to various scenic spots. The housekeeper service is considerate, and problems are solved in time. What is more worthy of praise is the soft towel on the washbasin. A large bag is completely enough for the family to use, and there is also a special baby wet toilet paper. The details are very in place. When I encountered rainy days during the trip, the itinerary plan was temporarily cancelled. Hiding in the yard to listen to the rain and drink tea has a unique style of being hidden in the city.

The breakfast is nutritious and the taste is very good. The service is very intimate. Jingjing and Yuanhong will communicate the check-in needs in advance, and there is no need to worry about finding the way. If you have any questions, you will reply in seconds! The surrounding Raiders are very detailed, and you know what is delicious and fun. Need to add items at night, Congcong sent it over, the service response speed is faster than the hotel, the security is full ～ The manager is also very serious and responsible, smiling and very friendly. GGuest UserThe highlight of our trip was definitely our stay at this guesthouse. Every single detail was impeccably handled. The guesthouse was spotless and well-maintained. The customizable breakfast was delicious, creating such a cozy atmosphere that we almost didn't want to leave at all. And the location? Absolutely unbeatable! Situated right in the heart of the ancient town, it's a peaceful oasis amidst the lively surroundings. The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming. We will definitely be back!

3320191****The hotel's location is fairly convenient, and there's ample parking right outside. The overall style and decor are typical of an older, government-affiliated hotel, which means it's a bit dated. In-room facilities aren't new; the TV is small, and the toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, etc.) are of very low quality – completely unworthy of the price. Housekeeping was average, and the cleanliness was acceptable.
What I really want to emphasize is that during the peak summer travel season, most families travel with children, and the way the staff at the hotel breakfast entrance handled things was totally inappropriate. Regardless of whether guests had breakfast vouchers or not, their tone was incredibly annoying and infuriating. They spoke to everyone entering with a hostile tone, demanding room numbers and names as if we were criminals. I wish they would learn from well-run resort hotels, which prioritize service before payment. I even overheard the staff at the entrance telling some families, 'So-and-so asked us to take care of these guests,' which was utterly unbelievable. Seeing this kind of service first thing in the morning really sours your mood for the entire day.
Breakfast recommendation: The knife-cut noodles are delicious.
Friendly reminder: For families traveling, I'd strongly advise you to think twice and choose a hotel with better service.

11863307****We arrived at 7pm. The waiter Xiao Zheng warmly received us and instructed us how to take the elevator to the room. In the evening, he also considerately sent us a bowl of longevity noodles. The baby is a big kid, and the shoes provided by the hotel are a bit small. That night, the housekeeper was very enthusiastic to find a pair of suitable slippers for us. The hotel did not have a refrigerator, and the housekeeper brought ice. We always felt that this service was what a resort hotel should have. Because we predicted that the hot spring would be changed that night, we decided to take a hot spring bath the next day. To be honest, the facilities are lacking, and the hot spring water is not live water, and there is no filtration. It started at 9 o'clock, and we went to soak before 10 o'clock. There were already some stratum corneum. The pavilion was filled with new water, but it also needed to be cooled down before we could go. In short, the hot spring facilities need to be improved. In addition, I want to say about smoking control. I hope the service staff can stop guests from smoking in the indoor hot spring area. There are many children, which is very inappropriate.
