GGuest UserThe Neeraj Ganga Heritage Palace, Rishikesh is a great and beautiful hotel. The interior decoration is charming.
The beauty of its surroundings and its location on the banks of the Ganga has added to its speciality. Its rooms are very beautiful. But their bathrooms need some attention.The bathrooms are very small. It is difficult to take a bath.
Staff is well behaved. Whenever I called the reception they immediately attended to my request and fulfilled it. Thanks to the staff members.
The canteen is very nice and its arrangement is excellent. Everyone in the canteen staff is very well behaved. But I felt that Sanjay Ji takes great pleasure in serving his customers. Undoubtedly, he is expert in his work.
In the end I would say that I paid for staying in the hotel but in return I also received their full services. We are senior citizens. My wife and I are very happy and satisfied.

GGuest UserProperty was located in tapovan. It was easy to find. Food was just delicious. All amenities and services provided were excellent. Every staff at the property greeted us nicely whenever they met us. Overall a great experience.

BBOIn this small town, this hotel is the highest end, safe, complete facilities, the view of the Ganges River is very beautiful, close to the Ganges Festival in the evening, breakfast is printed, no special, mainly clean! I stayed for two days, breakfast and dinner are here, I have not pulled my stomach, the service is very good, the service staff is super enthusiastic. The speed of wifi is average. The fourth floor I live in is only a little faster than the mobile phone signal. The speed in the lobby is OK, but the overall speed of India is not high.

GGuest UserRooms are good and clean. They have central heater for hot water all the time. We just finished a trek and was looking for a good place to wind down and this place did that. Staff is helpful in providing info. It is a bit hard to reach the place as it is placed in a narrow road plus there are small boards to guide. We had a tough time reaching as we had luggage and it was raining. Recommended cafes near by: anna's cafe (south indian, cafe karma, shambala cafe cafes to avoid: beatles cafe, overall you can book the rooms for comfortable stay.

GGuest UserRooms are clean and food is ok especially vegetarian dishes are good. Location is away from city but calm and away from traffic. Easy to cover haridwar and rishikesh from here.
