On our way to the eclipse in Waco Tx, we spent the night at this hotel. Our stay was exceptionally pleasant. The lady barkeep served us efficiently, then went out of her way to tend us through dinner, and further she stayed late while we watched a riveting women’s basketball game. In the morning we were tardy for breakfast. Norman the supervisor insisted we shouldn’t leave, and helped us cobble together cereal, and delicious fresh fruit. He was so pleasant and kind. We would highly recommend staying at this hotel. And our thanks for your attention and kindness.

2nd time staying here, in between flights. It’s convenient from the airport via private hotel shuttle. Torrence is a great and entertaining driver. Dine-in, or walking distance to fast food.

The breakfast staff is very friendly and eager to help start your day on the right foot. Norman is very helpful and is always checking the tables to make sure guests have everything they need and are satisfied. If you have any special order requests, just ask Norman and he'll do his best to get you what you need.

Bed had dirty coverlet on when we arrived. The rooms are dark unless you turn on lamps that feel like an operating room. Pool is nice as is the workout room.

The room was clean. However, we were not happy that we were not notified in advance about the water being turned off. What we were told that might take a few hours ended up being longer into the middle of the night. Again no communication was given. We had to ask several times and eventually asked if we wanted a “jug of water”.

I stayed here for 22 nights and it was a breath of fresh air. Since Torrence, the hotel driver, picked us up from the airport up until we checked out, everyone there did nothing but make me and our colleagues feel like home away from home. Norman, Hilda, Lilian and Peña at the restaurant were always there to keep us in a good mood during breakfast; Kiki, Jenn and Reine were very nice no matter how busy they were and always had a great smile; and Torrence, the driver/concierge/tour guide, would take us to and from anywhere we needed. Due to the length of the stay I was not very excited about being away from home for so long but you guys sure made the experience extremely nice and comfortable. Thanks.

Good price for a roomy suite, helpful staff and free breakfast. Shuttles to DFW run on the hour. I especially liked the friendly, helpful shuttle driver and the member of the hotel staff who came to our room to adjust the shades--they have a quirky electric control.
