They booked me in a room that i would have to walk down stairs to which i have a cast on my foot so the gave me a accessable room. I called 5 times in the morning from my room phone no answer, i called from my cell phone and answered right away. The bed was horrible to sleep on the couch you couldnt sit on because it fell in backwards so I asked to get a new room for the next night, the man at the desk said yes but not until after 12pm. I got off work and went back and was told there's no rooms to be moved to so i had to go back and re-unpack my items that were packed from that morning. The sign on the front desk said starts if you're not satisfied, we will make it right. Well I didnt feel like it happened and still dont. We have been staying at this facility for months now and have spent alot of money and I felt so disappointed in the situation. no credit, no free night next time, nothing.
