The lady at the front desk was extremely rude gave me a card that didn’t even work on my door. The hotel room is in dire need of updating plumbing is bad the bathrooms look like something from 1970 light sockets falling out of the wall

The place is beautiful, but I will never be back. The service was beyond slow and the front desk ladies were rude and over worked. I feel bad for them having to deal with the lack of organization.

Amazing! Felt like a kid again. Highly recommend. I love the pool and the complimentary breakfast. I enjoyed the staff. Super friendly and nice. The guest were nice. The bar staff was fun as well. Just check it out. I enjoyed it coming back as an adult.

Just wanted to thank Allen Sterling (Front Desk Manager) and his entire staff, went above and beyond with exceptional customer service that is beyond welcoming. Being with the airlines, I would also recommend without any hesitation to utilize this property for extended airport parking as they ensure vehicles are watched over and it is an extremely safe location. Asked for a baby crib 9 times. Finally got one on the second day but of course they didnt bring the pad for it so it was unusable. Gave up trying to get ahold of housekeeping
