The lady at the front desk was extremely rude gave me a card that didn’t even work on my door. The hotel room is in dire need of updating plumbing is bad the bathrooms look like something from 1970 light sockets falling out of the wall

The place is beautiful, but I will never be back. The service was beyond slow and the front desk ladies were rude and over worked. I feel bad for them having to deal with the lack of organization.

Buffet breakfast is awesome. Staff is great. Is in need of maintenance. Room heat is insufficient so they have to provide portable electric heaters. With heater turned on and making coffee and microwave it tripped the circuit breaker.

My room was clean, and very comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and I enjoyed the breakfast. I also want to thank Mo, he helped me move my luggage from inside to outside. He also provided me a bottle of water. I also had a lunch at Urban Craft which had amazing food and service as well. Thank you!

In need of lots of maintenance. The area round the hotel is not nice. My AC didn’t work the first night. Overall it’s just real basic

Rooms were very spacious and clean, on site restaurant food was excellent, shuttle drivers were very friendly and professional. 2 elevators were broken, facility nice but a tad run down.
