This go round staff was rude ,yelled at me in front of other customers. I lost my credit card so I was going to have to pay late fee and they became very agitated, so things calm down then the next morning I go to pay and they kick me out and refused my money...I have lived on this property for over 30 days and threatening me with the cops...

-10 horrible, this is a homeless place, broke glass on top of headboard, blood stain curtain, smash room door difficult to open, flies ,terrible odor and furniture like a thrfit store. Drug people in property definitely not safety , this place need to ne close.

I reserved a room for a week. Once I checked in and got the room I was disgusted. the room was filthy. Shower-filthy, Bed was nasty. Fridge-filthy. Floor-filthy. I wasnt even in the room 10 mins and went back down to the office to cancel my reservation because I was not staying in that filthy mess. the young man told me that there was not a manager on duty and he would leave a note to get my money back the following day. So I called the next morning and spoke with the manager and she refused to refund my my money. She claims I did not give her the opportunity to accomodate me and have housekeeping clean the room up. Plus that I had signed a non-refundable form. That she was on property the day that I checked in. I told her that I was told there was no manager on duty, that I was lied to...I did not know she was there on property. But honestly I dont think she could of helped because that hotel is nasty and I would not have stayed regardless if she had housekeeping try to clean. Very poor customer service!!!

There was trash piled up outside all over the place. The room the roaches was walkin around. It was so disgusting they should be shut down how dirty it was. It should be rated a -100 it's so nasty. Stay there if you love roaches and filth. 🤢🤢🤢
