No housekeeping service or microwave in the room, my toilet had a spot inside like a old stain. The location is very good near a few restaurants

Booked a room for my wife and daughter. When my wife went to check in, Bookie at the front desk was extremely rude stating that my wife wasn’t on the reservation. Even after adding her and having the proof that she was on the reservation, Bookie still wouldn’t acknowledge my wife. The party in front of my wife had the same issue, but they were treated completely differently (their appearance and ethnicity is my best guess as to why). My wife left in tears and ended up making the 5 hour drive home that night. I’m still trying to get a refund and/or a response from the hotel management.
