Went to Irving for business and stayed here because of the location, convenience and price. But it was a sub par experience. Had a tough time sleeping because whenever the AC went on it woke me up. So so loud. The toliet kept running all night and only 1 elevator worked. The whole place felt dirty, old, musty. Won't be back.

The service staff lead with their hearts and are clearly there to do whatever to make the hotel stay more comfortable—particularly Howie and Steven (knew their names after only 2 nights!) . This is notable given that at the time I was there they were dealing with a very full hotel due to the recent storm-induced electricity outages in northern Dallas suburbs.

Great clean hotel, with a open late bar. The staff was very accommodating and was able to provide me with some essentials as the airlines kept my bags, after my flight was cancelled. They have a shuttle that will take you to stores within a 5 mile radius, which was very useful.

We were immediately greeted as we walked into the hotel. The staff were top-notch and extremely friendly and kind. Annette was so helpful - giving us ideas about where to eat and activities close by the hotel. The breakfast was so good! I cannot even begin to describe all the options and the quality! LOVED it! I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

Hotel needs updating! Rooms are semi-dirty feeling - AC made a bunch of unnecessary noise and the tv kept going in and out of service - elevator was scary bc it seemed to work but the panel was falling odd of the wall - needed screwe

We didn't stay here but were diverted to here by American Air. They didn't have a room available when we got there after midnight. We met Annette. She was so kind, compassionate & funny. She got us another room at a sister hotel. But the interactions we had with her compelled me to shout out a big thank you for making a late-night disaster into a fun adventure. Hyatt, you are fortunate to have an employee like Annette on your staff. Thank you Annette!!

On my last night there, I went down to the bar area to get some food. I didn’t feel like Ubering anything to the hotel, and Xavier was the best front desk person I have ever had. Not only was he helping me while I sat at the bar area to eat, but he was going back and forth helping the new people check in. The entire time, he was professional and friendly and never missed an opportunity to chat in between new guests coming in. Out of everyone I have met at this hotel, he was by far the friendliest and nicest. I would highly recommend staying here if he is the person checking you in!

The staff here is wonderful from the check-in experience to the dining experience to the chauffer experience, all were super friendly and I felt like they wanted to help me and weren't just getting paid to help.
