Tolles Hotel mit allen erwarteten Annehmlichkeiten. Top Küche und Service beim Abendessen mit einer gut sortierten Weinkarte. Das Frühstückbuffet lässte keine Wünsche offen. Der Spa-Bereich ist umwerfend - es gibt auch einen Saunameister mit geführten Aufgüssen, solches Personal muss man in der heutigen Zeit erst finde.

Besuch im Hotel Madlein! -Rezeptions Empfang = Gut -Bar = Halbe Stunde auf eine Bedienung gewartet, hab mich am Schluss selber um meine Getränk gekümmert. - Spa = Schön wurde leider rausgeschmissen nach 2h weil ich anscheinend personal war, und es wurde mit mir Respektlos geredet wollte erklären das ich kein Personal bind sonder Gast! ( Hotelführung). Und 55€ Ganztags Karte bezahlt obwohl ich nur 2 Stunden war. - Restaurant= Essen Gut Service auch Gut. Von Professionalität und Kommunikation weit entfernt (Hotelführung). Keine weiter Empfehlung.!

Angenehme Wohlfühla**osphäre schon beim Betreten! Alle Mitarbeiter waren stets freundlich & gut gelaunt! Essen war 10/10! Freue mich auf nächstes Jahr wenn ich wieder komme! Mega Lage, direkt neben der Gondel und danach im schönen Spa entspannen.

We stayed at the Madlein for the second time in 6 months. We are always welcomed and treated so well. My niece was greeted with an Easter bunny and chocolates. My dad and his girlfriend both had birthdays during the stay and they were treated to cake and gifts. Honestly could not recommend this hotel enough. The Simpson Family

Wonderful hotel, so welcoming and friendly. The hotel is luxurious and cosy. The breakfasts are absolutely fantastic as were all the evening meals. Cannot recommend this hotel enough. Lovely Madlein even left a gift in my room for my birthday. I had the best time in this gorgeous family run hotel.
