"Stunning location and exceptionally friendly staff team. Right beside two major lifts up to Idalp. Easy check in. Rooms have the most amazing view. The rooftop pool and jacuzzi warm and great fun in the snow. The new spa area is lovely. Don’t miss out on the Apres snacks in the bar, which is stunning with great slop views. Brilliant ski locker with no stairs to navigate. Each room has a spacious heated locker. The food is so nice with a different focus every night. Mohammad and the rest of the lovely team looked after us very well. Would definitely return. Service is excellent and there is a lovely relaxed family atmosphere throughout the hotel. It’s right beside the connecting tunnel to the rest of the village. Lots of hire stores, Apres bars and a supermarket near by."

"If I could give this review 0 stars I would, Me and my friends came here with the intentions that this was a welcoming and friendly country and we was very wrong. We entered the hotel and had to wait 20 minutes for the manager to come down from his pit upstairs, we had rang the hotel whilst we was in the reception however nobody was clearly in the reception so the phone just rang an rang until he must of realised his guests were here. The hotel manager was extremely disrespectful to us and spoke down to us, after a misunderstanding from both party’s the manager then began to make comments towards us such as “you lot are all the same” “ you people always try things like this”, we as a group took this personally as we have come into another country and was made to feel small due to our nationality. We were also made to turn the music down at 10pm on a Saturday night which the wife come and began to bang the door, rather than a calm and polite requested to turn the music down it was the complete opposite… the wife told us that again “you people” are always disrespectful and if we don’t turn it off then she will send her husband up which we all felt threatened about. We were so uncomfortable in this hotel and it quite honestly ruined our whole experience of this ski holiday. Whilst we was leaving we was made to pay for the ski pass and the beers we had which we had no problem with, the manager then began to tell us that it MUST BE CASH as there is no card reader, many of us did not have cash or bank cards to withdraw money which then caused the manager to once again be extremely disrespectful to us, we tried to calm the situation down and once again tell me we will pay with card as that is what *********** has stated. Again the manager said he did not have one until he pulled one from his pocket and began shaking his head a began to speak in German to himself which again made us uncomfortable. I would definitely not recommend this place especially if there is more than 4 of you and definitely if you are British as you will be made to feel uncomfortable in a different country."

"Pros - Stunning hotel - Location is perfect - Ski in/out is just a bonus - Lobby area for drinks and games - Spa is beautiful- adults only from 6pm. - Food was fantastic. A big thank you to Sophia the resturant manger for personalising our evening menus. Mauella our fabulous server. Cons - Room is small - Shared balcony - Champagne bar had a strange vibe and staff are not very welcoming. But we found the most perfect wine bar at the bottom of the hill to the right."

"Very disappointed! Being used to Austrian hotels, this one had nothing of what we like in Austria! A very cold welcome, the communal areas not clean, messy, there is not the warm side that we like to find in Austria! The spa is the same, not clean, the gym is the same! The restaurant was very good, we ate very well every evening but the service was not very friendly. Breakfast was great but to get your coffee you have to be patient! 15 euros for the garage! Abused! As for the lap dance bar in the basement... very gloomy, almost unhealthy! And the dancers were often aggressive when you don't put the bill in your pants! The only positive point, the rooms were nice and spacious"

"I don't recommend. The offer states as an apartment for 6 people, 50-55 square meters, but in reality it's a small studio for at most 2 people and 2 small children. The space is also understated. The studio is actually 40 square meters!! The room advertised as a double room is actually a 4-square-meter broom closet!! Prisoner standards are higher! There's a toilet without a sink. There's no balcony or terrace, although the offer mentions a "partial" balcony or terrace. It's clear that the owners haven't renovated the building for many years. There's a cracked drawer in the refrigerator, and no soap. The drying room stinks that we had to put on our ski shoes outside."

"We only spent a few days, but they were really pleasant in this hotel, which makes excellence in customer service its strong point. The breakfast is rich and of excellent quality, while the SPA area is spacious and well equipped, with two elegant steel pools that represent, in my opinion, the perfect combination of hygiene and style. The location of the hotel is ideal: it is practically in the heart of Ischgl, a few steps from the main ski lift. We have been frequenting this resort for over 15 years and this is one of the best hotels we have stayed in, if not the best ever."
