Sto scrivendo direttamente dall'hotel, questa struttura è davvero ottima: è un po' datata ma è molto elegante, ottimi gli spazi comuni con una piscina termale meravigliosa, pulizia eccellente come eccellente lo staff, tutti gentilissimi e capaci, una menzione speciale per il ragazzo del bar della piscina. Buona la cucina e la Spa. Posizione super vicinissima al centro. Unica "pecca" se così la si può chiamare è la spiaggia privata lontana un km: a noi va benissimo ma immagino qualche anziano possa fare fatica. Eventualmente ci sono altre spiagge più vicine. Rapporto qualità prezzo strepitoso, a mio avviso anche troppo economico per il servizio offerto. Consigliatissimo.

Il posto è tranquillo appena fuori dal corso principale. Personale gentilissimo e attento ( maitre a parte ... molto saccente). Note dolenti: la pulizia ,sia della stanza, biancheria da letto macchiata, termosifoni arrugginiti, doccia e accessori in pessimo stato, il cestino sul tavolo della colazione tutto macchiato!!!

Un Hotel termale ,di vecchia tradizione , strutture datate ma efficienti e pulite , le camere ben curate e accoglienti così come il personale della struttura , veramente un plus , cordiali , capaci e professionali Grazie e arrivederci,locali termali e piscina esterna ottimali per una coccola a fine giornata

There is certainly a lot to improve. First of all, the spa is a little dated. Definitely the catering part. A 4 star with a miserable buffet and above all unsuitable oil cruets. Acceptable quality and choice of food. Staff definitely polite and friendly.

We returned for the 5th time to this fantastic hotel and going home is always sad. In many years we have always found kindness, professionalism, continuous attention to the customer in all aspects. The team that makes up the reception is made up of the director Valentino and Anna and Alessandra...wonderful. At the concierge service we have Mr. Nicola who once again demonstrated his great professionalism, friendliness and linguistic preparation towards foreign customers. The rooms are always clean, tidy and fragrant. The quality of the hotel's cuisine is excellent and chef Giovanni cares about his customers, always trying to please even customers who, like me, have intolerance and allergy problems. In the SPA I found Luisa very, very knowledgeable in body and facial trea**ents. I can only speak well and recommend to everyone a holiday at the San Giovanni surrounded by greenery for those looking for little noise but also a few steps from Via Roma in Ischia Porto for those who love shopping. Hotel in posizione strategica per visitare l’isola e a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro di Ischia Porto, caratteristico e animato la sera. La piscina e il percorso termale offrono una possibilità in più e sono mantenuti in ottimo stato. Lo staff sempre disponibile, attento e cordiale e il cibo del ristorante squisito. Peccato per il servizio spiaggia improponibile ad agosto e il servizio navetta troppo caro (6€ a tratta) oltre che gli orari scomodi. Consiglio abbonamento settimanale del bus. Hotel assolutamente consigliabile.
