"Warm and helpful welcome by Rosario, he is a super host who was always on hand for anything we needed during our 3 night stay. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful, the pool and jacuzzi always clean. If you rent a car or scooter (Rosario helped with this as well) there is free parking behind the hotel. The rooms are spotless and come with basic amenities. We really enjoyed our stay here and felt at ease as soon as we met Rosario! We would love to come back, thank you so much."

"I strongly advise against booking this hotel. After reserving a stay through the hotel’s own website, I was shocked to find that the same amount was charged to my credit card three times. This was for a single stay, and there was no explanation, consent, or justification for the extra charges. When I reached out to the hotel to resolve the issue, they initially acknowledged the error – but have since ceased all communication. My messages now go undelivered, which suggests I have been blocked entirely. This kind of behavior goes far beyond a simple mistake. It shows a complete lack of professionalism, transparency, and respect for customer trust. No one should risk having their payment details misused in this way. Avoid this place at all costs."

"Hotel in the center of Ischia Porto located in the central street of Via Roma. We stayed in this hotel one night..as soon as we arrived we were greeted by a very nice girl perhaps one of the positive notes of this hotel. Old hotel without elevator it seems like the living room of an old man's house, rooms under renovation but fortunately clean linen. To be a hotel in Ischia Porto and in the central part of Via Roma it should improve a lot a lot a lot..there is still a long way to go to be called a HOTEL."

"WE WERE ATTRACTED BY THE CENTRAL POSITION OF THE HOTEL AND BY THE FACT THAT IT IS A FOUR STAR HOTEL, IN ORDER TO VISIT ISCHIA WE DECIDED TO BEAR THE COST OF 300 EUROS PER NIGHT FOR A DOUBLE ROOM WITH HALF BOARD. UNFORTUNATELY WE WERE NEGATIVELY SURPRISED BY THE POORNESS OF THE SERVICES PROVIDED. THERE ARE NO AGREEMENTS WITH BEACHES AND/OR THERMAL PARKS. THE POOL IS REALLY SMALL AND NEEDS IMMEDIATE DISINFESTATION, MOSQUITOES AND FLIES OVERPOPULATE AND PROLIFERATE FREELY IN THAT AREA. THE DINNER IS POOR, THE QUALITY NOT OF THE BEST, IT WOULD BE ENOUGH TO THROW A LITTLE SMOKE IN THE EYES OF THE CUSTOMERS, STRENGTHENING IT WITH AT LEAST A BUFFET OF VEGETABLES, SINCE THE POLICY OF SAVINGS MAINLY APPLIES IN THIS STRUCTURE. THE SERVICE AT THE TABLES IS VERY SLOW, IN THESE TERMS IT HAS BEEN DEMONSTRATED THAT DINNER UNFORTUNATELY IS NOT THE BEST. A REAL SIN, SOME MORE ATTENTION WOULD BE ENOUGH TO IMPROVE EVERYTHING WITHOUT RAISING MANAGEMENT COSTS, ALSO BECAUSE THE STRUCTURE LOOKS WELL EXTERNALLY. CLEANING IN GENERAL GOOD. WE HOPE TO RETURN TO ISCHIA SOON, BUT I DOUBT THAT WE WILL RETURN TO THIS HOTEL."
