"Beautiful hotel - we stayed for my daughter’s 30th birthday celebration. The breakfast was lovely and plenty of selection, the gardens were beautiful and the swimming pool was small but nice. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We wereThree adults sharing a room unfortunately the third bed was a low sofa bed which was very disappointing considering the cost of the stay- there were a few things that could improve robes and slippers were only provided for 2 people - they were provided on request - the hot tub in the terrace area of the room was dirty as was the one two seater couch - it appeared this area was forgotten by the cleaners and it felt that the hotel had not provided enough seating for the three of us in the room. There was no hanging rail for swimming clothing and beach towels to dry either which would have been very helpful. We enjoyed our stay however the attention to detail was missing."

"Lovely hotel. Exceptionally clean and fresh from walking in the door on arrival to sitting around the pool and relaxing in the bedroom - very comfy beds. All the staff are very friendly, especially Sara, Laura and Lorenzo but to be honest we couldn’t fault any of them - the cleaning ladies were always very smiley and obliging too. Highly recommend this hotel - great position midway between the castle and the port area - you’ll certainly get your steps in. Lovely breakfast but didn’t get around to trying the restaurant unfortunately."

"Stayed here for five nights. the staff at the front desk are friendly and polite. Unfortunately, our shower was blocked and the tap was broken, so we could not turn the tap off, which flooded the entire bathroom. Maintenance was not able to fix it until the following afternoon, and there was no room to move to either. Housekeeping was really helpful. once the shower was fixed, all was fine.L Breakfast was ok. However, tables were not cleared or set, and you often had to search for cutlery etc. The hotel itself was clean, as was the pool area. the spa facilities were lovely and relaxing. Our room was at the front of the hotel, and we had lovely views over the hills. a good-sized balcony to watch the lightning over the hills. others have commented that the entertainment can be loud, but we did not find this to be the case."
