"The service was very good. The staff were friendly and security was thorough. The hotel is located right in front of the sea, making it easy to enjoy swimming in the sea. However, there are a lot of mosquitoes. We had to catch 6 mosquitoes in the room."

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly polite and attentive, doing everything they could to make our stay comfortable. Every request was met with a smile, and we truly felt like valued guests, surrounded by care and hospitality.
The breakfasts were a highlight — hearty, varied, and delicious, enjoyed each morning on the terrace with a beautiful view. It was also very convenient that the hotel has its own restaurant, where we had lovely dinners in the evenings.
We would love to come back again. Highly recommended to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a warm atmosphere!

SilberfalkeA great hotel with an excellent, directly integrated restaurant! Specifically to highlight the incredibly friendly, careful and pre-eminent staff you feel well around. The location is also just fantastic: the direct view of the Castello Aragonese is beautiful and applies especially at the evening at dinner in a very special atmosphere.
We enjoyed our stay very much and will come back in any case! Absolutely recommendable! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The location of the hotel is very good, you can see it when you get off the boat, it is very convenient to walk for 3 minutes. The traffic is also very good, there is a bus stop nearby to take the bus to Forio, casamicciola and other places.
The scenery is great, the room is large and very clean. Service is also very good

Very nice swimming pool area with lot of green. Τhe spa area with the small pools did not appeal to us at all; it felt very 'closed in' and dark. Also, there was a mistake and we were given different rooms from the ones we booked, but in the end they offered us dinner at the hotel. The food was very nice, but we would have preferred to go out to eat if we had had the rooms we booked. The staff was very polite.

Five-star praise. The location of the hotel is very good, very close to the central station, a few minutes walk, very convenient to travel. The lobby manager is warm and efficient, the hotel food is particularly delicious, the room is warm and the various services are very good, the cleaning room aunt is very warm and it is recommended. I will choose this one if I have the opportunity to stay in the future.
