This hotel was the perfect hotel for our short trip to Ischia. Lorenzo was fabulous and make some great recommendations. We ate in a local restaurant at the hot out which was delicious. We then ate upstairs in the Aragonese restaurant and it was also very delicious. Make use of the spa if you can, it’s nice and relaxing. Also, the bed was so so comfortable and the pillows were great too!

The location of the hotel is very good, you can see it when you get off the boat, it is very convenient to walk for 3 minutes. The traffic is also very good, there is a bus stop nearby to take the bus to Forio, casamicciola and other places. The scenery is great, the room is large and very clean. Service is also very good

The staff is very friendly and premature, and the service is excellent. A special highlight of the hotel is the home restaurant, which serves a variety of delicious dishes from local and international cuisine. The quality of the food is excellent and the atmosphere in the restaurant is pleasant and invited. The location of the hotel is ideal as it is near Castello Aragoneze and many restaurants. Overall, the hotel offers a great experience and is an excellent choice for travellers looking for comfort, quality and first-class service.

Very nice swimming pool area with lot of green. Τhe spa area with the small pools did not appeal to us at all; it felt very 'closed in' and dark. Also, there was a mistake and we were given different rooms from the ones we booked, but in the end they offered us dinner at the hotel. The food was very nice, but we would have preferred to go out to eat if we had had the rooms we booked. The staff was very polite.

Five-star praise. The location of the hotel is very good, very close to the central station, a few minutes walk, very convenient to travel. The lobby manager is warm and efficient, the hotel food is particularly delicious, the room is warm and the various services are very good, the cleaning room aunt is very warm and it is recommended. I will choose this one if I have the opportunity to stay in the future.

Что понравилось:SPA- комплекс термальный бассейн с пятью видами гидромассажа, дорожка Кнайпа, сауна.Проживание- отель « уставший», до 4* далеко, завтраки скромные, без изысков. Звукоизоляция отсутствует совсем. Но брали по акции,поэтому без претензий, а за полную стоимость можно найти лучше.
