This hotel is in a good location with a gorgeous view. The front desk was very friendly and we’re reachable thru WhatsApp if they were off duty. The rooms do feel a bit outdated and could use some screens to keep out the mosquitos. But for the cost this place was good.

Bad experience ... Stay with the family on Easter Monday 2023 .. Structure without heating, balcony door that does not close and fortunately local friends lent us blankets to spend the night. Sheets with hair and hair in both the double bed and the two single beds. We occupy the structure only late at night, even if we are told by acquaintances that already after 20.00 there is no one at the reception. Therefore we communicate the bad situation found only in the morning when we leave and the reception lady with very superficial ways simply tells us that she is sorry....
Absolutely not recommended.

Clean, classic and welcoming environment. We slept in the sea view suite and I can say that it was a blessing. Close to services, port and beaches (public and private) I highly recommend, especially for the 60s a**osphere.

The single is practically a cell, thank goodness I caught it with a sea view because those on the other side really seem to be in the dungeons of some castle, surrounding buildings too close. In the bathroom I didn't even find a shelf to put my necessaire on, the mirror one was obviously broken and not replaced, no hook to hang a large towel or clothes, not even in the room. Traces of rust in the shower rails. Only internal ventilation: old ceiling fan, dusty and not working. Do we want to call that container with two shelves located behind the entrance door a wardrobe? You either walk into the closet or walk out of the room. Unkempt jungle garden and shabby tiled sundeck. Areas adjacent to the reception area kept in stock with stacks of various boxes. But what irritated me the most was that even during the night a dull "beat" typical of a pump or other machine, perhaps a fridge leaning against the wall, echoed in the room. Other guests also clearly heard it, but when asked the lady at the reception (who was only there when you had to pay) she replied: Impossible! And in fact it is impossible for me to go back there.

We stayed at this "hotel" a few months ago. Old, cold structure, no lift, no heating for the winter and no air conditioning for the summer. Contrary to what the reception lady said, it didn't say anywhere that they didn't have heating for the winter season. In 2023 all of this is absurd. Poor cleaning, hairs and dust on the tiles in the bathroom on our arrival, dirty walls. Unfortunately we had already prepaid everything otherwise we would have left.

The rooms are very large and even a double could be a triple. Some of them also have a panoramic terrace. As soon as you entered, you smelled clean, a sign that cleaning is done properly. The place is central and it is really very, very scenic already at the entrance. Also nice is the outdoor garden where you can have breakfast which, of course, is also panoramic. Excellent quality / price ratio and, precisely because of the characteristics of the structure, it is ideal for staying in Ischia, even if only for the fact, perhaps, of enjoying the sunset or a cocktail after a day of visits / sea directly from the garden of the structure or in your own room with terrace. Pros - well positioned, clean , lovely view, really helpful ladies on the desk, two/three minutes from beach ( next to Bagno Lucia). Cons - basic 3 star hotel, no balcony, big comfortable bed, telly we never watched (Out of choice), and that was it pretty much. Breakfast was in town high street and was a pastry and two drinks. Really enjoyable, plugged in with locals, excellent coffee, juice and pastry. Lovely waking up experience. Overall knew this would not be a holiday for being budget conscious, the hotel was not cheap for what it was but absolutely fine, being in a position on the beach, peaceful and when you wanted help or advice the desk ladies were really relaxed and very helpful. Hotel was full but quiet and with all the things to see we slept well there every night. Glad we visited the island, organised our own transfer, Naples airport, alibus, hydrofoil quay each way, ferry 20 euros single. Bedded areas on beach wanted 30 euro the pair so went were the locals sat. No real supermarkets, so prices high, plenty of places to eat. Good experience in a pretty functional hotel with lovely gardens in a prime position for Ischia Ponte.

I was with my wife the first week of July and I must say that I thought better, good location spacious rooms discreet cleanliness however it needs a major renovation the doors the windows and doors everything like 100 years ago and then the thing that gave me the most annoyance and having to go to breakfast in the morning in a bar 1 km away with so many bars nearby, absurd. A piece of advice spend a few euros more but go to another hotel.
