The hotel is nice. The staff at the front desk was wonderful. The staff serving breakfast could be more friendly and smiling. Overall a nice experience.

Sea view room very nice. Large clean. Nice bathroom with shower, but the shower needed a bit updating. We stayed half board. Breakfast buffet style. Dinner a bit disappointing, we had to sit on the same table each night, food very poor , when reading menu you thought it was a good choice but meal small portions and not good. Deserts the same every evening and very basic. Staff not that friendly and seemed they didn’t have a lot of time for the English!! Be careful if you book a sea room as twice when we were there they had music ( very much catered for the elderly) was loud in the room and had as we had to be up at 4am on departure date. Cleaners were amazing, very clean room every day. The swimming pool was absolutely disgusting. Needs rebuilding or at least re grouting, lots of black stains on the floor of the pool and all around the sides. Hotel right on beach , lovely fish restaurant on beach. Short walk through the garden to Main Street with lots of shops and restaurants. We went end of Season September early October and the mosquitoes ******, got bitten so much.

Great food, amazing waiter, shame the reception staff and manager weren’t so accommodating. We booked half board and we’re advised on arrival that men were only allowed in the restaurant with long trousers on (do they not realise this is the 21st century!) - my husband hadn’t brought any (bearing in mind the 30 degree forecast). The way the reception staff spoke to us was appalling, followed up by the manager ‘telling off’ the waiter in the middle of restaurant was embarrassing for him as well as us. I don’t know what hotels these days can afford to loose customers spending money on drinks because they think someone wearing smart shorts in a restaurant is ‘unacceptable’. This place needs needs to sort out its customer service, which is a shame because the waiters and the food are good

A pleasant week's stay in Ischia, the Green Island, for spa trea**ents, combined, as far as possible, with swimming in the sea. The hotel has a very convenient location, on the sea but very close to the elegant center of Ischia Porto, which, however, the structure does not directly overlook. This allows you to rest well during the night hours, which are notoriously lively on the island. The cuisine is very refined and the menus are always varied, the spa depar**ent is functional and the staff are friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is beautiful, surrounded by a garden and equipped with a good number of sun loungers. Good experience.

A real shame that a hotel with an excellent location and great potential is effectively neglected. It's like going back to the end of the 70s: furniture, furnishings, a**osphere, services. Everything remained as it was then! A minimum of restyling would be enough, but evidently the property is enough for those customers who don't really know what a 4-star category means. The service is also rude, especially in the restaurant, where we were even scolded by a waiter just because we hadn't decided at the same time what to drink for breakfast (there were 6 of us, and we certainly didn't all wake up at the same time, like in the barracks!): unacceptable . I don't give one star because, to be honest, some of the staff have always been responsive and welcoming, despite being well aware of the problems of the hotel in which they work. I hope that the hotel will be modernized soon, because, I repeat, it is really a shame to see it so neglected

I was on holiday in this very nice and well-organised facility, with welcoming and friendly staff. The facility is located in the center of Ischia: on one side there are well-equipped beaches, on the other side there is a gate directly on Via Roma. Delicious and varied food, exceptional breakfast for all tastes. The waiters and the guys at the bar were uniquely helpful. What can I say, it was a wonderful holiday, I will definitely return. The only thing to change is the very old furniture. Don't change your staff because they are your strong point.
