私の退職を機に夫婦で埼玉から伊勢方面に2日間の旅行をしました。夕食時に担当して頂いた女性スタッフの方、夜食を用意して頂いた料理長の心遣いが素晴らしかったです。部屋付きのお風呂、大浴場のお風呂もゆっくり入ることができ、永年の疲れを癒やすことができました。私たち夫婦によっても良い思い出になりました。ホテル到着時のお出迎え・お見送りもすばらしく、家内は2回目、私は初めての宿泊ですが、また伊勢方面に行きましたら是非宿泊したい宿です。

従業員の方々がとても親切丁寧で、部屋もとても落ち着いて良かったです。 観光についてお聞きした所、詳しい説明とバスの乗り場や時間まで教えていただきました 有難うございました。 １つ残念だったのは、部屋の露天風呂に入ってたら、ど こからかタバコの臭いがしてきたので、その時はすぐにでました。 また伊勢に行くときは、泊まりたいです

2022年10月15日に利用しました。全国旅行支援が始まる前に予約済みでしたが、対応していただきお得に利用できました。 チェックインからチェックアウトまですべての接客がとても素晴らしく気持ちよく過ごすことができました。さらに申込み時に記念日の項目にとっくに過ぎた卒寿と還暦のお祝いを兼ねたことを記入しましたら、お食事の最後にサプライズでお祝いしていただき感激いたしました。お心遣いがとても嬉しかったです。夕食は浜焼き会席・朝食ともにとてもおいしく、どちらもおなかがいっぱいで大満足です。お部屋もきれいで露天風呂もついて寛げました。ただ段差が多いので高齢の両親が少し大変そうで、そこだけが気になる点です。他は文句なしで素晴らしいのでまたぜひこちらを利用したいです。

連休でしたので伊勢方面へ遊びに行った際に利用しました。 宿泊日の一週間前に予約したので、上層階の展望を拝む事は出来ませんでしたが 各部屋常設の露天風呂に浸かりながら非日常感を堪能しました。 室内も二人で使用するには十分すぎる広さでしたし 朝夕食事付のプランでしたが、料理はどれも美味しく 夜はお酒が、朝は米がススミました。 また、その日は婚約記念日(当日にプロポーズ)での利用で その旨お伝えしたら、記念のスイーツと写真・その写真が掲載された新聞のサービスをいただき、幸せ気分が倍増しました。 従業員の皆さんは、とても細やかな気遣いと所作・対応が出来る笑顔の素敵な方々ばかりで、快適な思い出に残る宿泊になりました。 料金としては、パッと見は高い様に感じますが、立地・サービス・室内環境・料理を考えると妥当かと思います。 また次の記念日でも使用したいと思える所でした。 ありがとうございました。 尚、画像はアップロードエラーが出て投稿できませんでした。残念。

結論から言うとお値段に比例していないという感じです。お食事は普通。子供に関してはかなり高めの設定だと思います。他の旅館のように布団、食事有無が選べると良いと思います。 露天風呂が楽しみでしたが、あまりの湯船の中の虫の多さに驚いてその後は行くことが無かったです。 大浴場の床がとても滑ります。。 ただ、担当して頂いた旅館の方がとても感じ良く、笑顔の素敵な方で一生懸命お世話をして下さいました事が嬉しかったです。

マタニティプランで利用しました。 控えたい食べ物なども事前に伝えていた為食事も美味しくいただけました。 部屋も和洋室で広く綺麗に清掃されてました！妊婦なので滑ると怖いなと思い温泉は利用しなかったんですが部屋に露天風呂がついてる為好きな時間にゆっくり浸かることができました。 旦那さんもゆっくりできたととても満足していました。また来たいねと話していました！ 従業員さんの接客も丁寧で良かったです。

森に囲まれた落ち着いたホテルです。 奇麗なホテルで部屋に露天風呂が付いているのでいつでも風呂に入ることが出来快適です。 私の妻が小柄で枕の大きさが合わなかったのですが、スタッフに相談したらすぐに別の枕を持って来てくれました。 料理は細かいところまで気配りされているとても美味しいものでした。 また行きたいホテルです。

伊勢市の海からやや離れたロケーションにある旅館ですが海は見えます。 デザインがおしゃれで女性受けしそうなインテリアや内装品は賛否が分かれそうですが男性視点から見ても悪い気はしませんでした。 客室内が土足なのは慣れないと抵抗あり。訪日客の方には馴染みやすいかと。 スタッフさんは親切でいろいろと周辺の情報も教えてくださいました。 そして料理ですがおいしかった。三重の旅館では料理ではずれが無いばかりでなくどの旅館もおいしいのが素晴らしい。 松阪牛に伊勢海老という最高の贅沢。まさに至福のひと時でした。 大浴場は露天風呂とジャグジー風呂、サウナがありますがサウナがコロナ対策のため利用不可でした。これはサウナ好きとしては超残念でした。 でも露天風呂から見える景色は最高の一言。 遅い時間に早朝はお風呂が利用できない点も不満点。 全体としては大きな不満点は無く満足度は高めで再訪の価値ありと評価します。

とても大きな宿泊施設ですが、入り口には専属スタッフが出迎えを待ち構えており、車が近づくとすぐにご挨拶と荷物運び。部屋は清潔で私の部屋は大変見晴らしが良かったです。お料理は味、盛り付けともに素晴らしく、大きな宿泊施設とは思えないレベルでした。ホールの方も、タイミングをみてインカムで厨房へ指示し、常に暖かい物が素晴らしいタイミングで出てきました。こじんまりとした旅館と同等のサービスぶりに、決して大きな宿でも引けを取らないこともあるのだと、とても感心致しました。また、この周辺を旅行するときには是非利用させていただきます。
