娘二人と利用させていただきました。シンプルですが様々工夫されているところが感じられ、快適に過ごさせていただきました。エントランスから着物の飾りつけがあったり、帰りの送迎バスが出る際にはシャボン玉を吹いて送ったり、きちんと細かいところを徹底されているところが心地いいです。大浴場はとても心地よく、これもまた施設が森の中というところが生かされている。難を言えば、この規模のホテルで大浴場が男女入れ替え制というところ。あとは仕方ないのですが、お決まりのゲームコーナー、自販機、売店など。思い切って変えてもいいような。 アメニティなどフロント脇に集めているのだから、浴衣の柄違いなど多少置いたら喜ばれるのではと思いました。多分泊まる方で意見が分かれる感じですが、私は”宿泊客に楽しんでもらおう”という工夫をあちこちに感じました。今回は娘たちが選んでくれましたが、次回こちら方面来るときは宿泊候補の一つです。

夫婦旅行で利用させていただきました。自然豊かな場所で、ゆっくりすることができました。伊勢海老三昧の食事も、食べきれないかと思うほど量もあり、とてもおいしくいただきました。朝食も、伊勢うどんや、他にも惣菜コーナーもありとても満足できました。部屋の露天風呂も空を見ながら入れましたし、大浴場も入ったあと、肌がしっとりする感じで、身体があたたまって満足でした。帰る時の、シャボン玉、中年夫婦ですが笑嬉しかったです。お世話になりありがとうございました。

宿に入る時から、受付、料理、お風呂、帰る時まで、何も言うことはありません！ドラでお迎えして頂き、帰りはシャボン玉でお見送り、料理も最高。苦手なものを事前に伝えておくと他のものに変えてくれます。家族みんなが大満足してました。貸切露天風呂(有料)を利用しました。脱衣、体洗う場所も全て外でした。12月末で寒いかと思いましたが、意外と寒くなかったです。癒される空間でゆったりと快適に過ごせました。お伊勢参りの時にまた利用したいと思える素敵なお宿でした。

到着時、駐車場まで出迎えてくださったり、お部屋を露天風呂付きの部屋にランクアップしてくださったり、夕食のお造りの品数を増やしてサービスしてくださったり、帰りに見送りしてくださった時はシャボン玉を出してくださったり… スタッフの方々のおもてなしが素晴らしかったです 素敵な客室に変更していただいて本当に有難かったのですが、屋根はありますが外の通路を通って食事や大浴場に行くのが季節柄寒かったです 通路に風避けなどあったらなおありがたかったです

今回はじめて利用で90歳の母と妻の誕生日のお祝い旅行でした。 着いたらドラでのお迎えで先に荷物も部屋まで持って行って下さいました。母は足も良くないので館内使用での車椅子も用意してくれて、更に部屋は和洋室での予約でしたが平日でもあったので空きがありグレードアップして露天風呂付きの部屋にして頂きました。部屋はリフォームしたてで新しく綺麗で露天風呂も温かく最高でした。 館内はリボン作り体験や絵付け体験やら自由に出来るコーナーがあり他にも様々の催しを思考されており お客様を喜ばせる工夫がなされてました。食事も美味しいのは勿論のこと一品づつ出されお刺身も天ぷらも作りたてのものを絶妙なタイミングで出されて担当の長谷川さんも丁寧、笑顔、ユニークさどれをとってもプロのお仕事でした。最後には誕生日のデザートも特別にご用意してもらいビックリ。そしてその場で記念写真もとってもらいカレンダーにもして頂きました。帰りの際にも担当さんのご配慮で特別にとお伊勢さんの御守りも渡して頂きもう至れにつくせりのご対応です。 スタッフのどの担当方もすれ違う際には体勢を整え気持ちのよい挨拶をされる。 総じての感想ですがここまでお客様目線での対応は勝手経験したホテルの中のでは最高レベルの質だと言えます。 母や妻には本当にいいプレゼントが出来ました。ホテルのスタッフの方々ありがとうございました。どうぞこの先もこの品質を維持されご発展されることを心より願っております。本当にありがとうございました。

前回利用した際にとても良かったので、再びこちらを宿泊先にと2回目の利用をしましたが、チェックイン時に何もその話には触れられなかったので少し寂しく感じました。夕食時にも、以前対応してくれた方が見えたので2回目であることを伝え、美味しく頂いていますと伝えると宿泊者リストであろう紙を確認していましたが、リピーターであることを知らなかったようで、ここはリピーターを気にしていないのかな？と感じました。 ですが、温泉もお料理も接客もとても良いので、また伊勢方面に行く時は利用していきたいと思います。

定年退職とバースデーのWお祝いで伺いました。素敵なお部屋にグレードアップして頂き、皆さまでお祝いしてもらい、とっても夫は喜んでいました。親切で素敵なスタッフさんばかりでした。 夕食は、天ぷらを選ぶことが出来て 各自お好みの具材で、サクサクでした。 ハマチのカマの煮付けも味付けがとても美味しかったです。 温泉は、びっくりするくらいトロトロの美容液みたいな温泉でした。 さらに、寝具がすごく寝心地が良く、みんなぐっすり休めました。帰ってから、友人達に、宿を紹介しまくりました。ありがとうございました。

還暦の記念旅行で、幼なじみの女三人でお伊勢参りの際利用させて頂きました。 お出迎え、チェックインの時から丁寧な説明と、明るい接客で、安心して過ごすことができました。お食事も大変美味しく、普段は食べきれない位の量の料理を完食しました。個人的にはお刺身とアワビが美味しかったです。身内からの祝いの伊勢海老に感激した後には、ホテル樣よりデザートのプレゼントも頂き…いや~と照れながらも 赤いちゃんちゃんこと帽子を進んで被りカメラに向かってポーズを取っていました。嬉し恥ずかしの連続で忘れられない感動のひと時になりました。朝、部屋の外に訪れた鹿には三人で驚きました。チェックアウトの時に頂いた前夜の記念のフォトフレームとカレンダーのサプライズがとても嬉しかったです。お見送りには元気に手を振って下さり、飛ぶシャボン玉に心踊り、気持ちよくお伊勢参りに向かう事ができました。担当の方には、終始明るく心地よい接客をして頂き感謝いたします。本当にありがとうございました。 また是非伊勢を訪れたいと思いました。ご縁がありましたらまた利用させて頂きます。
