The room is large enough, and there are many warm public areas. The restaurant downstairs is of good quality and requires reservation. The hotel is a century-old hotel, and the quality of maintenance of room facilities is quite good, especially the staff team. From the front desk to the restaurant, the service quality is the best in this trip to Switzerland. It is 5 minutes from the train station and 5 minutes from the observation deck gear cable car station. The surrounding rivers, shops, and restaurants are not far away. It is a good choice to experience old European hotels, including the creaking sound of the floor, and learn about the history of European hotels.

It's very close to the station and very convenient. The service staff are very nice. They also let us store our luggage. The breakfast area is very beautiful with large floor-to-ceiling windows. If I have a chance to come here next time, I would like to stay here again👍

It's a hotel with vintage stuffs collection, the lobby seems like a vintage gallery with great collection. The staffs are friendly and there are various delicious choices for breakfast, including hot meal and fresh fruit ! They also gave free transportation tickets around interlaken for the whole period of stay. Will stay again in this hotel when visiting Interlaken. Thank you CE hotel !

The room was much larger than expected, with a small terrace and mountain views. The overall design of the hotel is very distinctive. The restaurant environment is comfortable and the breakfast variety is quite rich.

Friendly front desk staff and the hotel location is gorgeous.
The frontdesk helped me with an early checkin and also upgraded my room with a bath-tub. The view from the room balcony was Mesmerizing and nothing short of a heavenly view…
The breakfast was descent, however a little short of vegetarian options.
The chocolates at the reception desk were amazing, better than Lindt. I wish I could know where they sourced them from😁
Harder Kulm (Top of Interlaken) entrance is just in front of the hotel.
The market is at walking distance and also the OST station is very closeby.
Thanks Carlton Team for making our stay pleasant and memorable…
