"The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Interlaken West Station. Interlaken itself mainly consists of one east-west street, so the distance from the hotel to Interlaken Ost (East) Station is just one bus stop, or about a 17-18 minute walk. Taking this walk basically allows you to see all of Interlaken. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel, and while I can't see your specific photos (Figure 3 for the bus stop, Figures 4 & 5 for the schedule board), it made getting around very convenient. Breakfast was rich and delicious, a proper Western-style buffet with good bread. The hotel was clean, hygienic, and comfortable, though the beds were quite soft, which was a bit unusual for me as I'm used to firmer mattresses. We booked a four-person family room. During our two-day stay, Interlaken was quite hot, and the room only had a standing fan instead of air conditioning, so it did get a little warm. This is likely due to it being an older building, where installing AC might not be feasible. Overall, the service level was satisfactory."

"Clean room and well maintained throughout my visit. The staff were exceptionally friendly—chatting with them was genuinely enjoyable, and they gave great recommendations and helpful local tips. Breakfast was good overall, although the selection felt quite similar each morning. The bathtub was a comfortable size. Little balcony I also appreciated that there is an elevator serving every floor, which made getting around easy with luggage. Overall, a comfortable and welcoming hotel in Interlaken."

"This hotel is a nursing home, about a 15-minute walk from both East and West Railway Stations. A bus stop is right outside the hotel, providing direct access to both stations. The nursing home is very quiet. A free transportation card is provided upon check-in. The hotel offers a free spa and gym. There's also a 24-hour tea room with hot water and a small refrigerator. A microwave is also provided. The room was spacious and clean. The small balcony had electric blackout curtains on both sides and a clothes drying rack for drying clothes. The bathroom had plenty of water, making bathing very comfortable. The breakfast was also good, with a variety of fruit options. Recommended!"

"I decided to go to Interlaken temporarily. When I booked the room, there were not many listings. I chose this hotel casually. The overall experience exceeded expectations. Since the hotel's charging jack is a small hole, the large hole plug I brought cannot be used. The front desk of the hotel actively helped me find the adapter. All the staff at the hotel were warm and patient."

"The front desk service was excellent, very warm and welcoming. It's within walking distance to West Station, and East Station is just a 102 bus ride away. Downstairs, there are convenient supermarkets and pharmacies. You can even watch people parachute, and the view is beautiful. The room is spacious, and the balcony even has a clothes drying rack. However, a Chinese tour group arrived. Out of all the hotels, this was the only one that hosted a Chinese group. It was very noisy. What's more, I found out on the day that the price I paid by booking in advance was actually more expensive than the walk-in rate, which is quite unbelievable."

"This hotel was the most pleasant surprise of our trip. We originally booked a classic double room, but it seemed like we were upgraded to a suite. Although the room had a bathtub, there was also a separate toilet, so bathing and using the restroom were not an issue. The hotel is very close to Interlaken Ost (East) station, just a few minutes' walk, which was perfect for our trip to Jungfraujoch the next day. For dining, we could take the bus to Interlaken West station, and the hotel even provided each guest with a free bus pass. The hotel breakfast was also excellent. If you wanted a cappuccino or latte, the staff would prepare it in the kitchen and bring it out. The dining room has huge floor-to-ceiling windows, so enjoying breakfast by the window must be very relaxing."

"The hotel is conveniently located right outside the station. The room was a bit small, and honestly, for nearly 3,000 a night, it felt comparable to a 300-yuan hotel back home. But all hotels in Switzerland are expensive, so there's not much you can do! The room was reasonably clean, and through the window, you could see the snow-capped mountains. The scenery in Interlaken is absolutely stunning! So beautiful, it makes you forget about all the compromises!"

"This was the fourth hotel I stayed in during my two-night stay in Switzerland. The hotel isn't near Interlaken's main station, Interlaken Ost, but rather near West Station. This wasn't particularly convenient, as I expected frequent trains from West Station to Interlaken Ost, running every five minutes. However, the trains only run every half hour, and the buses every 20 minutes or so, making time management difficult. The room was very large and spacious, though the details weren't particularly sophisticated, considering it's a four-star hotel, not a five-star one. The bathtub and air conditioning were nice, but there was no refrigerator. Bottled water was provided upon check-out."

"The location is great, right by a park and with a Coop supermarket conveniently located next door. It's an excellent base if you're planning a trip up Jungfraujoch or want to go paragliding. My only minor gripe is that the power in our room tripped twice, and I'm not sure why 😅."

"Stayed at Hotel Toscana for 2 nights (Nov. 13-15, 2024). One issue we had was we lost a necklace. We were wearing scarves so my sister and I left 2 gold necklaces at the table. We didn’t know there will be housekeeping as we’re only staying for 2 nights. All of us were out 10AM and went back 6PM. When we got back, 1 of the necklace was gone. We looked everywhere, under the mattress and bed, all sides of the table, inside the bathroom, and every side of the room, but it was gone. The receptionist was helful enough to check with her boss and the housekeeping but who would admit they stole something, right? I just hope whoever took it found a good use out of it. Other than that, the location is perfect, it’s within a walking distance (around 7-10min) to Interlaken West station. Lots of shops and restaurants in the area as well. The hotel room is equipped with kettle and glass cups, no mugs. No airconditioning unit but it was pretty cold during our stay so we just opened the window a bit and it was fine. It was a very quiet neighborhood with nice views of the mountain and people paragliding. The room looked clean the moment we entered, but while we were searching under the bed and tables, dust has piled up underneath, it was very dusty like it hasn’t been cleaned for months and they only sweep the visible areas of the floor. The bathroom smelled like pee even before we used it. I hope they improve these parts, the hotel’s not that bad if you’ve experienced staying there (in my opinion)."
