Valuto essenzialmente il lido perché non sono stato ospite nel camping. Che dire? Sarebbe da rivalutare in alta stagione con un afflusso di gente superiore, ma a fine maggio do tranquillamente il massimo dei voti: lido molto curato, bagni ampi e puliti, servizio bar, parco giochi , noleggio canoe e pedalò. Forse un po’ caro l’accesso a 15,50 a testa per non usufruire della piscina e stendersi sul proprio telo, però esperienza molto positiva

Molto bello e funzionale buoina la colazione, ottimo il servizio. Vicino al lungolago, raggiungibile a piedi, e con comodo posteggio. Ottimo anche il ristorante ben forito e con servizio impeccabile. Ampie e ben servite le sale riunioni dotate di quanto occorre

Helpful, friendly staff (English spoken), we only stayed one night but we were lucky enough to have a lake side pitch for our motorhome with amazing views of the lake. Sanitary facilities very good, clean and plenty of hot water. We ordered 2 pizzas from the takeaway, they were massive but delicious. The pools were closed due to it being the end of the season, but all looked good. All in all a nice stay for an overnight stop.

Tatsächlich in die Jahre gekommen. Nun gut. Dafür sauber, freundliches Personal. Zimmer für 4 Sterne recht klein. Bad noch ok. Was gar nicht geht, ist die Tatsache, dass bei 13 Grad Außentemperatur die Zimmer nicht geheizt werden können, bzw. bei 21,5 Grad der Thermostat stehen bleibt. Morgens beim Duschen ein Unding. Deshalb nie mehr in dieses Hotel. Auch wenn es im Sommer sicher anders ist. Aber wenn man im Oktober Gäste empfängt dann eben richtig. Restaurant stimmt vom Preis/Leistungsverhältnis nicht. Schade. 20€ für einen Teller Nudeln, auch mit Entenfleisch für das gebotene zu teuer. Alles in allem für die Jahreszeit absolut nicht zu empfehlen. 4 Sterne auch in Italien nicht gerechtfertigt. Fehlende Steckdosen. Und warum bekommt man als Gast nicht wenigstens am Anreisetag die 0,5 Liter Flasche Wasser die beim Discounter wahrscheinlich 0,20 € kostet umsonst. Es geht mir nicht um die 2€ die ich dann dafür zahlen muss. Es geht um Gastfreundschaft. 4 Sterne. Aber Duschgel das für zwei Personen nicht reicht. 160€ pro Nacht. Wie geschrieben werden wir nicht mehr kommen. Vielleicht ist die Denkweise solcher Hotels bzw. die des Managements der Erfolg von Airbnb Eine letzte Anmerkung zu den Tauben. Wiederholtes Reinigen ist die eine Seite, Taubenabwehr die teurere aber bessere Lösung. Damit würden die Tauben auch morgens um 7 nicht schon lautstark auf sich aufmerksam machen.

Vi ble sjekket inn av en særdeles lite hyggelig dame som bare var spydig og som snakket ekstremt rolig samtidig som hun ikke hadde tid å «prioritere»å lage to stk nøkkelkort (som tar 20 sekunder ekstra). Fordi vi ikke var italienske? Det var en dårlig start på oppholdet.
Rommet var helt ok med tanke på at det er 4* hotell. Litt mangel på påfyll av handklær, glass og toalettpapir som måtte hentes i resepsjonen.
Terrassen var helt skrekkelig, jeg orket ikke å tørke tøy (bikini og badehåndklær) der en gang
( se bilder).
Frokost var kaotisk og vi ventet 20 minutter på kaffe. Dette endte med at min mann gikk ned i spisesalen hver dag for å hente kaffe og litt frukt som vi spiste på rommet bare for å ha en hyggelig start på dagen.
Bassengområdet er ok og service i snackbaren er veldig hyggelig.
Dette var vårt tredje opphold på firestjerners som vi bodde på i denne sommerferien i Piemonte området.
Dette med den aller værste i service og vedlikehold som vi har opplevd.

The Hotel needs to invest in soft skill training. At breakfast, I was initially seated indoors and wanted to change to a table outdoors and I was outrightly refused like a school teacher. When I asked for a coffee during Breakfast Buffett, after having gotten up from my table to talk to my conference attendees, was told you must pay because you finished breakfast. Again I felt like I was being disciplined even though I didn’t make any unreasonable request. Let’s consider that if the Hotel had such a policy, it could have been said politely. When I went to complain to the duty manager, she didn’t offer an apology. Saying thank you, sorry when a request can’t be met, smiling and being courteous goes a long way. Hospitality is crucial and should be expected from a four star boutique hotel. The front desk personnel were highly professional and polite on the other hand. The hotel itself is well kept and charming, albeit, a bit dated.

The Hotel needs to invest in retraining its staff. At breakfast, I was initially seated indoors and wanted to change to outdoors and the waiting staff said you can’t even though there were unoccupied tables outdoors. It felt more like a school teacher. I asked for a coffee and I was immediately told that you must pay since you finished your breakfast. I was asked to pay for a coffee which was fine if was said to me nicely but the Buffett breakfast was still on-going. I didn’t have a problem with paying but for a small amount of money, it came across as rude and cheap. I went to complain to the Manager who didn’t offer any apology. You get better service at a 2 star hotel these days. The WiFi is patchy and the key card is probably decades old, and not very convenient. I won’t come back here and will recommend others don’t either.
