"Quite simply an exceptional hotel. On arrival the young lady on reception was extremely welcoming and assisted us personally to our room. We had booked a room with lake view with terrace and this was definitely not a disappointment. The room itself was very clean, and perfectly appointed, eco-friendly to include such items as vegetable soap and vegan toiletries. Every aspect was perfect. I would highly recommend this hotel. We stayed for one night as a stop over for an early flight from Orio Al Serio Airport Bergamo (40 minutes away). We will defiantly be returning for a longer stay to take full advantage of this haven of tranquility."

"A quiet hotel despite its proximity to the railway line with no overnight trains to disturb your sleep. A easy 2 minute walk to the lake front which is just stunning especially the first time you see it. You can follow the lake for 10 minutes to reach iseo ferry port and from there you can walk 10 minutes to the train station so a great location. A few minutes walk only to stunning churches, restaurants and shops and we enjoyed the market on Friday morning. The hotel staff were very helpful and welcoming and we could see the lake from our bathroom window and from the breakfast area. The rooms and bathroom are large and clean. A perfect 3 star stay. The only things that would boost it to a 4 for me would be tea/coffee making facilities in the room and the mattress was very firm. Overall I do recommend this hotel to others and we enjoyed our stay"

"The property is located not far from the center of Iseo. The area is very quiet and peaceful. Almost all services are paid for, which is a bit of a shame for a 4-star boutique hotel with such high prices. Parking is €10, spa access is €20 for 90 minutes, bathrobe is €9, and bike rental, for example. The modestly sized room has a small, off-brand TV and a comfortable terrace overlooking the pools. The breakfast is well-organized and varied, and the quality is good. I used the spa, but I had to call the staff twice. The first time to turn off the air, which was quite cold after I left the sauna, and the second time to restart the Turkish bath, which had stopped working, which is not normal! The relaxation area should always be top-notch for a hotel, but if you charge for it, then it must be impeccable. We were a little disappointed with our stay. We expected better service."

"We were a group of 45 staying at the hotel for a weekend for my 60th birthday celebration. I had an informal dinner which was fun and handled really well by the restaurant manager (I can’t remember his name) . The staff were super friendly and handled all the guest’s requests and questions professionally. All the guests had a fantastic time. The location on the lake is superb and it is reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this hotel."
