Taiwan GOs are more enthusiastic. I would like to commend Angel and Kira for giving us a lot of help and good suggestions. The several good experiences are all due to these two Taiwan GOs. However, this clubmed has very few service staff, and the lack of staff brings a bad experience. There was a power outage in the room in the middle of the night and there was no staff. It took a long time for someone to come and fix it. Possibly due to a typhoon during the stay, activities outside the village were canceled and the beach was closed. There are also insufficient service staff in the restaurant, and the GO's expression is indifferent, which is in sharp contrast to the Hoshino Resorts I visited a few months ago. The children are surprised why the GO here has a straight face. They have also encountered a GO with a straight face when ordering drinks at the lobby bar. Food is average. In terms of hardware facilities, it may be due to its age and disrepair. The room is small, damp, unclean, and filled with a smell. The bed was damp and I woke up almost every hour or two. The cleanliness of the hotel is beyond words. There are quite a lot of activities outside the village, which would have been fun if they had not been cancelled, but they were all canceled due to the typhoon. Typhoons are relatively common. In short, as far as island resort clubmed is concerned, I don’t recommend this one. Of course, it may have something to do with the poor typhoon experience, but I feel that the staff are rather arrogant and don’t care about the guest experience. It is recommended to watch monkeys in the folk village and watch fish in the glass boat. Children like it better, but there is no need to stay in clubmed. I feel that the facilities of the ANA hotel on the island are also very good. You can ask the hotel to call a car directly to the Kawahira glass boat and folk village, and Not exclusive to Clubmed. Recommendation: One advantage of booking Clubmed through Ctrip is that many issues can be communicated by Ctrip customer service. This time, Ctrip’s hotel butler and air ticket butler helped me a lot. If I had to deal with Clubmed or the airline myself, firstly, there would be a language barrier. Second, it is not professional enough. Ctrip is very efficient in helping and the customer service is also more responsible. In contrast, Hoshino Clubmed in Hokkaido is worth visiting in the summer. It has a cool climate, beautiful mountain views, enthusiastic GO, Hokkaido food, and the clubmed rooms are also very clean. This time Ishigaki Island stepped on a big hole. In the future, I will try to go to a resort hotel with better facilities on the beach to avoid such hotels that are in disrepair and are lying in disrepair.

I like the staff at Kids Club very much. The children were introverted on the first day, but they integrated in the next day. Bar: A place where you can go for a drink at any time, and there are shows in the evening. Room: It's too humid. The quilt you sleep on is also humid. It's impossible to dry your clothes by yourself. If you mind using the public washing and drying machine, you can only bring more clothes. There is a dehumidifier, but it is too noisy. Transportation: You can only go to the airport by taxi, which costs about 6,500 yen one way. The recent exchange rate gave me the courage to call a taxi in Japan. Activities outside the hotel: I went to a folk village to see monkeys. The hotel helped to book a car. The taxi fee plus entrance fee was about 10,000 yen. You can also book island hopping, but it depends on the weather, so try to avoid the typhoon season. Service: This hotel does not require passports during the check-in process, so take the room card to see if it is your name. After all, we have too many people with the same surname. It took me a long time on the first day to realize that I didn't book the room myself. This small mistake is unlikely to be made by Japanese hotels. It's very frustrating when you spread out all your luggage and put it away again. When you are eating, a hotel staff will come to you and ask if you can sit with you. This is a characteristic of Clubmed, but for me, it may be digging your toes out of the three bedrooms and two living rooms. Finally, the shopping street at Naha Airport in Okinawa was very nice. We rushed to the outlet, but it was a pity that we didn’t have time to go shopping. Outlet is at the No. 4 station at the arrivals level 3 of Naha Airport. ENES in particular is always kind and full of hospitality. In addition, they are very kind to children and provide thorough care, so adults can feel at ease and you can see a different expression on children's faces than usual. And above all, please try the flying trapeze, which is something you can't experience anywhere else. The circus team (NAMII, JEAMS) including the leader WISH will deliver a fun time! HINATA, who is in charge of marine sports, always remembers my name after just one dinner together, and I was happy that he called out to me. I am grateful to SHOHEI, who was in charge of mountain biking, for taking me to a scenic spot. That's why my family is completely hooked. It's not suitable for those who are looking for Japanese hospitality, so I can't recommend it, but Club Med is frank and cheerful, so I hope you will experience it once!

This is my fourth time staying here. The staff were very kind, and I'm grateful to GO, who I'm familiar with, for remembering me. I had a comfortable stay, and my daughter enjoyed the mini club.
