Hotel Miyahira
"The amenities like the skip-cleaning option, welcome drink, and public bath were great. The access was also perfect. The shampoo and conditioner left my hair feeling so moisturized, it was surprisingly good for a hotel brand."
Guest House Orihime
"It's alright, considering it's more affordable for solo travel. The surrounding scenery is quite nice, and it's relatively close to Ishigaki Port."
Vessel Hotel Ishigakijima
"We have enjoyed our stay and it was because of a great job their staff are doing. Every crew, every shift. They all were perfect. They have helped us with every little thing, every issue we've had. They even showed us different rooms in case we are not satisfied with ours. We are sorry to bother you and grateful at the same time. Yes, the breakfast is excellent. Yes, they have welcome ice cream and welcome drinks. Yes, the location is very close to the port and city . Yes, they have plenty of amenities you might need. But the staff is why I recommend this hotel."
Nest Hotel Ishigaki Maesato Beach
"Here's my travel diary review of my stay at Nest Hotel Ishigaki (Maesato Beach): I recently stayed at the Nest Hotel Ishigaki (Maesato Beach). The hotel features an outdoor pool, and the lawn area is perfect for outdoor BBQ, creating a wonderful vacation vibe. The room decor was simple and clean. I had a twin room with two single beds and a TV. The en-suite bathroom included a bathtub, though the bathroom space was a bit small. Breakfast was a semi-buffet style; the variety wasn't extensive, but the taste was decent, and it was enough to fill up. The front desk can call taxis for you, making transportation very convenient. After a day of exploring, you can relax by the pool, and in the evening, enjoy a BBQ in the courtyard. For trips to Kabira Bay or the Taketomi Island ferry terminal, you can simply book a taxi. Overall, it offers good value for money."
The BREAKFAST HOTEL PORTO Ishigakijima
"the breakfast and evening alcohol are really amazing. sushi supplied in the breakfast was even better than those we got the other day from a local restaurant LOL room is big and tidy with a cloth washer inside. They even provide you with the laundry detergent. Super useful as we are going out for snorkeling and biking every day ... definitely would advise for all."
Toyoko Inn Okinawa Ishigaki-Jima
"Nice stay here with the Toyoko inn in Okinawa, thanks to nice staff there and it was nice view."
Hotel Tuka Miika
"Thank you so much for your hospitality, even though it was a last-minute booking! The location was just a short distance from the bustling city center, and there was a convenience store and drugstore right in front, so we had no problems at all. The free washing machine and detergent were also a great help. The facilities were very sophisticated and comfortable. I would love to visit again! Thank you!"
Beach Hotel Sunshine Ishigakijima
"The staff is friendly and the facilities are clean. It cost 1,500 yen to get to the city by taxi. The only downside is that there are no restaurants nearby."
The Breakfast Hotel Marche Ishigaki Island
"The room was very clean, which I appreciated. Having a bathtub was fantastic for relaxing and unwinding after a long day. The front desk staff were very helpful, and all the staff I passed by greeted me, making for a pleasant experience. It's incredibly convenient with restaurants right in front of the hotel, and the Euglena Mall is also easily accessible. Being close to the Remote Island Terminal means you can explore many shops too!"

Seven x Seven Ishigaki
"The hotel's location is excellent, with a large supermarket nearby. It's also only a 10-minute drive to the shopping street and Ishigaki Island ferry terminal, which is very convenient! Most of the staff are friendly and polite, and they proactively greet you when they see you. The hotel uses a QR code as the room key. I saw online that others mentioned receiving an email to fill out personal information for check-in before arrival, and then they'd receive the QR code. However, I didn't receive the email even on the day of check-in and when I arrived at the hotel (3:30 PM). When I got to the front desk, one female staff member seemed a bit displeased, perhaps because she had to help me check in manually. That was a slight drawback at that moment! But overall, this hotel is still of very high quality!"
Glamping Resort Yokabushi
"It's a wonderful place, but if you're going, go when you're young! And in the summer! It's fine for foreigners, but for Japanese people, the baths are too stylish and hard to use, and the cold stone bath hits you right in the back (lol). I think it might be tough for families with small children or older people. But it's very stylish, so it's the perfect place for young groups or couples to enjoy a romantic getaway. It was too cold when I went, so I couldn't enjoy it to the fullest, but I think the barbecue and cottages are great on warm days. The staff at Studs were very friendly and helpful, and we had a great time talking to each other."
Club Med Kabira Ishigaki
"Facilities: Old but complete Cleanliness: Good natural environment, with many insects and birds on the first floor Environment: Free snorkeling on the beach Service: Friendly and welcoming"
Route Inn Grantia Ishigaki
"Good location to access the town center and ferry pier to islands. Staffs are nice and helpful. Will book this hotel again next visit."
Vivoviva Ishigakijima
"Good!"
ANA InterContinental ISHIGAKI RESORT by IHG
"✨ Highlights: • The room experience exceeded our expectations! The Coral Wing Selection Room was incredibly spacious, featuring an entryway and a separate bathroom. The two bunk beds were also very wide. Even though it's the Coral Wing, we still had a stunning ocean view with a fantastic panorama. The room facilities were new, and the toiletries were Byredo, which smelled wonderful. • The breakfast was tasty, and the hotel's location was a huge plus: very close to the airport, easy to get a taxi, and within walking distance to Don Quijote and nearby restaurants, making shopping and dining very convenient. • The hygiene and hardware facilities were well-maintained, and public facilities like the pool were excellent. It's a shame we only stayed one night and didn't get to experience them. ⚠️ Areas for Improvement: • The front desk service wasn't very welcoming; there was no guidance at all during check-in. The hotel itself is like a big maze, and it took us over half an hour to find our room, which detracted from the overall experience. • Upon check-out, we were charged an additional resort fee of about 50 RMB per person. While not a large amount, it would be better if it were included directly in the room rate. Paying in two separate installments felt a bit odd. • Some public facilities in the Coral Wing were slightly dated, a bit of a contrast to the brand-new feel of the guest rooms. Overall, the room itself, the location, and the environment were all excellent and up to InterContinental standards. If they could improve service details and check-in guidance, the experience would be much better. It's a good choice for a short, transitional one-night stay."
Fusaki Beach Resort Hotel & Villas
"The room is spacious and clean. Toilet and shower room are separated so it’s convenient for family. The pool is very nice and there are arm band floats and beach toys you can borrow from the pool or diver shop for free which is great!!!! There are other bigger floats you can rent as well. One big plus is that they have plenty of lifeguards around and they require adult to attend to the kids when they are in water for safety which I think is valid. There’s water park and kids love it. There are also sufficient benches next to the pool. Beach is big and clean. Kids love it. There’s campfire and music on the beach for guest to enjoy sunshine. There’s also diver shop where you can get various water sports activities. Only things to complain are - the hotel is very big can be quite far to walk from room to pool or restaurant - there’s a waiting line at breakfast buffet during peaks hours, it can take a while. Alternatively you can make reservations, not sure how but I saw some guests have reserved - I stayed in the north wing. There are limited parking space at the north wing so we always had to park near south wing, which is a pretty long walk from north wing under the sun. If you are lucky you will get shuttle Overall amazing experience!!"
Grandvrioresort Ishigakijima Ocean's Wing & Villa Garden
"Lovely sized room. High standard of facilities. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lots of easy parking. Probably too isolated for my travel interests so having a rental car was essential however for families it has everything you could need."
Hotel Happy Holiday Ishigaki
"The room is minimally equipped, and there is a kettle, but no teabags or coffee. The breakfast bento box comes with a choice of sandwiches or rice, and miso soup."
Art Hotel Ishigakijima
"Very convenient hotel, great service and staff. Avoid the restaurants though eat elsewhere"
Hotel Tulip Ishigakijima
"Really nice location to be near the city and near the bus and ferry terminal and the room was just as you expect and have a nice view to the pier."
