Very good hotel with complete facilities! The hotel hygiene is also very good! There is a washing machine and kitchen in the room. The room was luxurious, spacious and clean, and I was very satisfied.

Fantastic hotel! Beautiful property, delicious food, and excellent service. Our room, an Ocean View 2nd Floor, Executive Suite, 2 Bedrooms, was incredibly spacious with several closets, plenty of counter space, two full bathrooms, full kitchen, and a large terrace overlooking the water. The front desk staff, Mariko Okada and Shuhei Matsumoto, were outstanding – knowledgeable, prompt, and personable. I contacted them by email before arrival and all of their recommendations and bookings were excellent. The hotel is well located – just 10 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from downtown and many of the attractions. We would definitely stay here again!

部屋はとても広く、隅々まで綺麗に清掃されていてとても気持ち良く滞在できました。
プライベートプールはガヤガヤしてなく、落ち着いた雰囲気でゆっくり遊べました。
ただ、これはその時々の運でしょうね。
料理は可もなく不可もなくといったところでしょうか。
美味しい店は市街地に行けば沢山ありますが、テラス席で海や星空を見ながら食べたい方にはオススメです。
私は味よりロケーションを優先しました。
また泊まりたいと思えるホテルです。

お盆休みに両親と娘夫婦で利用しました。
開業して10年以内だからか、設備も新しくて快適でした。
2寝室にそれぞれバスルームがあり、友人夫婦同士でも過ごしやすいと思います。
お手洗いが２つとも独立していたし、片方のバスルームの洗面はダブルシンクだったのがとても便利でした。
洗濯乾燥機も7kg容量で家族向けでした。
清掃も行き届いており、アメニティも豊富でした。
ハウスキーピングはフルと簡易が選べます。
また清掃を完全にスキップしても、タオルやアメニティはフロントでいただけます。
全体的なイメージはハワイの２ベッドルームコンドミニアムのような使い勝手の良さでした。
スタッフは気遣いが素晴らしく好感が持てます。
また是非利用したいと思います。
