Room was nice however there are stains in the toilet especially at shower area. Swimming closed early at 7pm and we were not informed during check in. We went to swimming pool at 6.45 and the staff there informed us that pool already closed. When we swam the next day, the swimming pool is very dirty. Not well maintained. Breakfast was equally bad. Food supplies was already out of stock at 9.15am and no top up. Variety not much. Looks a lot but in actual fact, it's not a lot. Ordered omelette amd requested for extra cheese but was informed they don't have cheese. A few minutes later, another guest ordered with cheese and suddenly they have cheese for the omelette. Overall, a bad experience at breakfast. This is the worst Fraser experience I ever had. It is a SHAME to the Fraser name.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times. It's been an amazing stay as the staff and housekeeping staff are friendly, courteous, and have good hospitality.
I didn't infd the hotel about my belated birthday when booking. During my conversation with the friendly staff @Eizlin during check-in, I just said my birthday was the day before.
So when I came back to the hotel at night after 10pm++, Eizlin called...she personally send the surprise @cake to me. She made my day. Thank you:＞
