"Junior suite with two bathrooms! One ensuite to bedroom and the other one beside the entrance when you enter the room. Room was clean and the space was comfortable. Sofa bed is quite uncomfortable as it's hard. Water dispenser at the lift lobby. Have complimentary shuttle to Legoland, need to reserve at reception."

"First time I've ever had such terrible service and a room booked through Trip.com. I waited for 2 hours to get into the room. Sorry to say, this was my last experience here. The TV wasn't working, and the water heater wasn't functional. Their service was like they thought we were fools, constantly asking for the 'pass' (key) without providing it."

"It’s a home away from home for us. I quick and short getaway haven for us. A refreshing feeling every time we come back to Trinidad. Staffs were friendly abd approachable. The welcoming set up was heartwarming."

"Upon entering, the place looked and smelled great! However we started seeing cockroaches, not the huge ones but the small ones that have no boundaries where they went. We killed about 8 of these things before I contacted the property contact person. She / He was superb with the responsiveness and sent someone over within the hour to check the place and spray insecticide. We came as a family of four with 2 kids. So I was not keen on having pesticide sprayed in an enclosed area where we had to breathe it, but we didn’t have much of a choice. We left for dinner and came back hoping that the issue was resolved but we found more of these roaches! As it was late. We agreed to spend a night and I asked about the possibility of a refund or even a transfer to another property. The response I got was that they have to discuss with management and as of now they had nothing available. Needless to say the night was terrible as we found roaches at the sleeping areas too. So we were stressed and didn’t get much sleep. In the morning, there were another four of these roaches crawling. So we decided that it was enough. We booked for 3 nights but left after 1. To be fair, the property responded promptly, however they eventually stopped responding when we asked for a refund. I also felt that refunds in such situations should be considered. Otherwise, the property would have been a pleasant stay if you drove."

"The key collection was an easy process. However, the card did not work on all the lifts, so there were times when we were stranded at the lobby. The room cleanliness was subpar. Balcony doors could not lock, toilet doors were not functioning well. Basic needs were met. Swimming pool had a nice view. Location is very near to Legoland."

"All good. Something can improve, The sea sight is ok but not the full window can see the sea, the price can be cheaper. The curtain can not be fully opened. The check in only starts from 3pm seems a must without checking if there is the room prepared."

"Fraser is located at the far end of Johor Bahru, and the location is quite far from the town area. There are also not many shops nearby, and I noticed some abandoned buildings around the area. The hotel itself is quite old, including the rooms, toilet, and some of the amenities, so overall it feels rather average. However, I have stayed here a few times because I really like that the room comes with a washing machine, which is very convenient. Other than that, travelling to the town area of Johor Bahru takes quite a bit of time due to the distance. Overall, my experience has been average."
