The location is excellent. The room is very clean and spacious. There are plenty of restaurants and bars that are open 24 hours a day. The service is very good and the staff is very friendly. This is my third time staying in the hotel and I will come back during my next trip.

I live comfortably, but I come to Johor Bahru just to go to LEGOLAND. I have to drive in and out every time. It would be more convenient to consider staying at a LEGOLAND hotel.

Service is terrible. Front desk not friendly at all. Room service very bad, no soap, no tooth brush. I booked family suites 3 rooms for my family. All had the same bad experience.
I call for room service until next day none come to serve.
BREAKFAST SERVICE really bad, someone had used my room number to have breakfast and they have never verified this
TOTAL MESS UP. BECAREFUL GUYS WHEN BOOK THIS HOTEL
