Der Hotelbesitzer Jackson hat uns bei Ankunft vom Boot abgeholt und zum Hotel gebracht. Nachdem wir unser Gepäck im Zimmer verstaut hatten zeigte er uns zu Fuß die Stadt. Wer vorher noch keine Touren gebucht hat (so wie wir), der kann dies problemlos bei Jackson tun. Er kennt alle möglichen Kontakte wie Tour Anbieter, Taxifahrer und er hilft auch bei Inseltransfers per Fähre oder Flugzeug. Generell ist er sehr gesellig und steht bei allerlei Fragen oder einfach mal netten Gesprächen gerne zur Verfügung. Das Hotel liegt ca. 10 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt bzw die ganze Stadt ist recht klein, sodass alles bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Zimmer sind top und haben eine Klimaanlage. Morgens kann man ein gutes Frühstück dazu buchen und es gibt einen bereitgestellten Wasserspender mit Trinkwasser. Wir waren vier Nächte in Cielo Azul und es war wirklich toll! Wir haben alle Touren über Jackson organisiert und seine Empfehlungen bezüglich Schnorchelmöglichkeiten und Stränden gerne angenommen. Lief alles problemlos und wir hatten eine super Zeit. ¡Muchas gracias por todo!

We spent 4 nights in Casa Azul. Place was defenatelly worth staying at. Nice big room, good breakfast and even better service. Jackson was very helpful with everything, showed us around the town, helped us to rent bikes, called taxis etc. I warmly recommend Casa Azul!

Todo el hostel esta super bonito las habitaciones super comodas y jackson te ayuda a conocer el pueblo y tambien te guia para hacer tours en la isla definitivamente regesare. les recomiendo al 100 el desayuno no esta incluido pero por 5$ extra podras tener un buen desayuno en el mismo hotel.

I traveled from Florida to Galapagos Island wirh my family, but they have a issue and Quito aereopuerto, that cause to me traveled by myself, but Im arrived to Isabella Island alone , the owner pick up me from muelle, and help me with everything, phone calls to call my family, safety place, thank you so much. If a have to put 100 star's I do , becouse you are exelent person and exelent plece to stay thank you so much. Tomy .🇺🇸🙏
