Alexa and Christian were great, they were there and always answered any questions we had. Anytime we needed help with any reservations for dinner or with any of the technology in the room, they were right there to help. will definitely go back and hopefully get Alexa and Christian as our butlers again!

Impressive luxury hotel, I felt comfortable the view is phenomenal, the staff very well adapted knows their facilities well the food is delicious, the experience in the Noi restaurant is beautiful, the room we had is corner and gives the view with the garza blanca hotel, our room was always clean and Dario our supplier and room service manager was friendly, He always explained every detail of the room and the use of the tablets. Simply spectacular I would return again but now with more family members

We loved eating at Noi. The breakfast, especially the special Sunday brunch menu, was outstanding. We had great service from the entire staff. Excellent pasties, coffees, juices and entrees. Chef Alex made our meal feel very special, along with the entire wait staff. Would recommend to anyone!

If I could rate a 10 I would, Pablo the waiter is kind ,catering and always smiling , it was a great experience coming back for Xmas. It no longer want to visit resorts outside of Tafer… I’m spoiled … the bar is set so high. Wants higher than diamond treatment

5 out of 5 experience. Loved this hotel. Amazing rooms, excellent service and wonderful food and drinks. Most all inclusive hotels fail on the last two. This one is the exception. There is construction next door but we did not hear it or were ever disturbed by it.

My husband and I visited Hotel Mousai Cancun for our babymoon just after the property opened and had an exceptional experience. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a very special time, and were incredibly attentive, responsive, and incredibly kind. Our butlers, Alexa and Christian, were so helpful and our coordinator, Jessica, was knowledgable, sweet, and so accommodating. The rooms were beautiful (with Toto toilets — major perk!) and the design of the property was incredibly thoughtful and unique. Having access to Garza Blanca and Villa del Palmar was such a great compliment to the quiet serenity of Mousai, because we were able to enjoy their pools and restaurants (all of which were great). I'd highly recommend this property to couples, friends, or solo travelers looking for a peaceful escape!

Mi esposo y yo los visitamos para festejar nuestros cumpleaños, nos trataron como reyes! Especialmente Sarah (Concierge) todo el personal del Restaurante Noi, en especial Abinadab y Uziel, nos dieron una excelente atención. Nos invitaron en 2 ocasiones a los restaurantes de Garza Blanca, no nos gustó, quédense en Noi, es demasiado bueno el lugar. La habitación hermosa, la vista igual, todo riquísimo, aprendí a preparar Hummus! Volvería sin pensarlo

The hotel is exceptional! Alan Briones, the Tafer representative gave us an excellent description of the resort including all 3 Tafer Resorts (Mousai, Garza Blanca, & Villa del Palmar) as in everything you need to know! Sarah, one of Hotel Mousai’s concierge staff booked us all our dinner reservations as soon as we are checked in allowing us to have a sumptuous and tasty Italian dinner. We treated as royal. We got a cold face towel as soon as we stepped out of our taxi when we arrived and also given a nice cold cocktail drink. All the staff we met are very friendly and helpful. Our bellman, (I think his name was Enrico) not only helped with our bags but also gave us a tour of the room and showed us all its functionality. He knows the fine prints of the room and how best we can enjoy and have the best experience. The only negative part of our experience is their water sports and kayak. Their life vests are old and pretty worn out. The one I wore has a broken top missing buckle. We went kayaking and suppose to snorkel. But as soon as I dive in the water, the vest kept moving forward to my face. When I tried to float vertically on my feet, the vest moves up causing me to fall under water. The only way for me to relax and survive is to float on my back. I would imagine that what if someone who does not know how to swim was the one who wore it and fell in the water??? I told this story to them and asked them to act on it immediately. But to this day of writing, I have not heard or shown that they have replaced and upgraded their life vests.

We had dinner and breakfast at Noi and it was amazing each time. The manager Marcos was visible and very helpful assisting his staff. Guillermo was our waiter and he was very attentive but not pushy and Eunice was the sweetest hostes. Looking forward to going back.
