The staff was great and the room was pretty clean. The road noise kept us from sleeping well as did running in the hall, dogs barking, and the elevators. Also, the beds were not comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was terrible. There is no way I would be able to wash my hair

This hotel is so nice! The pool is like a secluded lagoon and, amazingly, has no bugs swarming it given the swampy location. The landscaping around the hotel is very nice. We especially enjoyed Latoya’s service during breakfast. She was so friendly and accommodating! It felt like we never left home. Overall, this hotel is a great value.

All the staff were kind and welcoming. The free breakfast was incredibly delectable. If it got me wakin up early every morning for first dibs you already know it’s fire. Lotoya was such a sweetheart! Checkin on us every morning. Overall great experience, clean rooms and we had a blast just in the pool.

Very nice hotel in nice area. Staff very helpful & friendly. Pretty little walkway to pool area. Rooms nice. Only problem is our bathroom door didn't close the greatest. Or our fridge door seal was going bad but still worked. Good breakfast choices! Comfy room. Very close to everything esp Charleston. Parking got hard in eves. Had to park in restaurant parking next to hotel. No other option. My son liked the fitness room. Even had books you could borrow. Cookies 1 afternoon too!!

We had such a great time at this hotel! We visited our family who live in Mount Pleasant and West Ashley. The rooms were ready early and super clean. The front desk staff and management were so courteous and helpful. Also, they provide daily housekeeping without a special request. I love this! The manager, Dru, helped my sister set up a birthday balloon display in my daughter’s room which was going above and beyond! The breakfast each day was a treat, and we love the pancake machine. Latoya was very helpful and available during breakfast time as well. We will definitely be back.

Breakfast was amazing every morning (I just wished it was served until 10 AM). I would say it's the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. You get bacon, sausage, eggs, omelets, cinnamon rolls, and there's a super cool pancake maker. The rooms are great too. Recently renovated and cleaned well. The location is fantastic. Right off the main road, close to everything, and plenty of options for food and activities nearby. We really enjoyed the hotel and would definitely stay with them again.

Breakfast was good. Latoya was very nice at the breakfast. Hotel is clean and updated. Room is bigger than expected bed is comfortable. The pool area is nice and private. Not many people in the hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!
