"Room was as expected.  The microwave and fridge both worked well. The remote was not working but did take it downstairs and they fixed it. They allow dogs and do have an excellent price on dogs. Decent area to walk the dogs as well. The rooms are small."

"Worst hotel we’ve stayed in a week long road trip. Booked for a single queen bedroom but got ‘upgraded’ to a double bedroom instead. The room was on the first floor, damp, and has a half broken noisy air conditioner. I would normally contact the front desk about these issues, but this is already the ‘upgraded’ room according to the less than friendly staff. It is just a one night stay, but getting put into a filler room will make Best Western a lot less attractive for our future stays."

"The hotel staff were almost all middle-aged or elderly Black women, who were not very friendly and had poor attitudes. The hotel breakfast only offered drinks and cakes; even basic milk and bread were not provided. The rooms were poorly soundproofed; noises from upstairs and next door could be clearly heard. The hotel's exterior and surroundings were okay, and parking was free."

"The room was very clean and close to the sea. You can see the sunset, it's so beautiful! If you drive a little further, you can go to the seaside boardwalk to see a more beautiful sunset and take more beautiful photos of the sunset!"

"The location is ok as well as the amenities. However, the room was lacking attention on its maintenance (bathroom sink leaking). Some of the staff wasn’t kind and understanding, they were trying to charge for little timings like opening a wine bottle for $15. We had 2 beds, my sheets were changed one day on one and one day on the other I didn’t understand why. They didn’t serve 2 paid breakfasts one because we arrived a minute late and the other because we were leaving too early in the morning. Also on top of the deposit they charged some amenities fees which we weren’t aware of at the time of booking and the price for this fee went up during the stay which felt scammy. In the morning they would drill next door and wake us up we didn’t get much good sleep earlier."
