Great breakfast, pleasant staff, great location to downtown Charleston without being in the hustle bustle of it. Clean, comfortable.

Overall, a great hotel experience. The location is fabulous! Friendly service. The rooms are comfortable. The bathroom floor wasn't clean, which was a bit uncomfortable; thankfully I always travel with Clorox wipes, so we cleaned the floor ourselves. It seems as though the bathroom floor was simply a housekeeping oversight as the rest of our room seemed thoroughly cleaned. We have stayed here three times now, and it has always been a good experience.

Walking distance to the Charleston Battery facility.

I requested a different room, but was not accommodated. I was not given bottles of water at check in like the other guests. Better experience when I was there in the summer.

Very pretty and very clean. Great location- short drive to Downtown. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is good. This is our second time staying here and would definitely come again.

Wonderful hotel! We have seen traveling a lot and this hotel was one of the best for a while! Clean, spacious, wonderful layout and bathroom. Staff was wonderful and we cannot say enough about free drinks at check in as well as a made to order free breakfast!! Take a walk towards the bay, go under the bridge and walk along the harbor. The view of the bridge is gorgeous at night!
