Was a nice hotel , the garden view better than lake view specially by night

A very good stay in a service-orientated hotel in close proximity to the city. The rooms are quiet and the bed is very comfortable. Beautiful views of the ships in the canal very impressive. Big clean pool. Great meals in the cafe by the water. Well appointed with product, a number of TV channels in different languages. The breakfast provided has broad ranging dishes to suit a number of different cultural tastes. Attentive friendly staff. Thank you again.

Nice hotel

The room is very clean, the facilities are relatively new, there is an ATM machine for convenient money exchange, and the environment is very good.

Knowing that I would stay for a long time, this hotel immediately raised the price. The price now marked has a difference of 3 yuan between breakfast and no breakfast. It's really weird. It's just to rip off guests.

Continuing from the previous article, the location of the hotel is also very good. Opposite is a casual open-air food city. There are also some children's facilities and artificial beaches in the hotel. The children are very happy, and Ismailia must eat mangoes and seafood. You can drop your luggage at the hotel and walk around, there are many restaurants with emotional appeal. Highly recommend!

The room is slightly small and the service is attentive

The environment is nothing to say, it is a neighbor to tulip, close to the Suez Canal, but the facilities are too old. It was ok when it came in 2006. Now the door elevator and so on are not working.

這是我十年旅行以來住過的最臟酒店，沒有之一。入住之前我並不期望有多豪華，畢竟Mercure定位也就是普通酒店。但是進去後簡直驚呆了，服務員拿着殺蟲劑進來殺蟲，從走廊到房間地毯臟到不忍直視，床上用品已經起球了，一床薄被用了不知道多少年沒換過新的，床單已經起球到誇張，用手一摸全是疙瘩，就彷彿床墊上都是硬殼小蟲一樣，打了兩遍電話才送了飲用水上來，早餐一塌糊塗，完全是路邊攤水準，不想寫了，不想回憶了。

The Hotel is very nice place for relaxing and beautiful place for us, The weather was very nice ,the Breakfast was very good and variety is very good ,the Bar on the lake is very amazing and very good service people is polite and helpful the prices is good, amazing

Mercure Ismailia Forsan Island a lovely Hotel is located in an excellent location, overlooking the Suez Canal Extremely clean & comfortable and very beautiful view. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Everywhere you go you will be welcomed by the staff. I would like to thank Mr.Ibrahim AlSewefi , the reservation manager, for his professional methods .Mr.Elswefi is a live example for a successful manager. I really appreciated his positive attitude. When I arrived to the hotel Mr. AlSewefi met me and my wife at the front desk , We felt like we were treated as a value guest. On the the other hand, I would like to thank all of the front desk staff for their outstanding performance . Furthermore,I would like to thank the restaurant staff especially chef Mohen for his nice treats . The breakfast was very good,many varieties and delicious foods Because Mercure hotel’s staff I would definetely recommend Mercure Ismailia hotel .It's not the first time I stayed in Mercure Ismailia Forsan Island, but I will definitely come back in the future. The wonderful hotel, nice location very magical view on the lake, the atmosphere is very nice, the green area is large, the cafe on the lake is very good, the menu and prices is good, the staff are polit the Breakfast variety is large and the staff are always smiling
