The place is very beautiful, and the staff are extremely kind, friendly, and welcoming. The reception team is very professional and elegant in their service. Special thanks to Ms. Lamis, who is one of the best hospitality service providers I have ever met. She is professional, polite, and truly cares about the guests.

Hotel location are fantastic room are in very bad condition

A bit small, with two single beds, but it's enough for sleeping.

Service staff was friendly. We stayed in the 3 bedroom villa which was excellent. Very roomy and had great amenities.

The hotel was mediocre; the facilities were extremely outdated, the environment was average, and the price was exceptionally high.

The cleanliness level is below expectations; the carpets are full of old stains and are not aesthetically pleasing. Despite the hotel's impressive exterior, the rooms are far below standard for this level and price.

The lake view room has a nice view, the carpet is a bit dirty and the air conditioner is quite noisy, but everything else is good.

The hotel environment is good, clean and tidy. The room is relatively small, and you can see the Suez Canal from the room. The hotel's breakfast is very average, and it is enough to eat. I didn't go to the buffet for dinner, but I could order food, which tasted good. The service quality is okay.

Small rooms, poor facilities

Although it is managed by the military, the environment is very, very good. It is by the lake, the facilities and hygiene in the room are also very good, and the breakfast is a bit simple.

This is the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in in my ten years of traveling. I didn't expect it to be luxurious before I checked in, after all, Mercure is positioned as an ordinary hotel. But I was shocked when I entered. The waiter came in with insecticide to kill insects. The carpets from the corridor to the room were so dirty that I couldn't bear to look at them. The bedding was pilling. I didn't know how many years I had used a thin quilt without changing it. The sheets were pilling to an extreme extent. When I touched it with my hand, there were lumps all over it, as if there were hard-shelled bugs on the mattress. I had to call twice before they sent me drinking water. The breakfast was a mess, completely at the level of a roadside stall. I don't want to write about it or recall it.
