A very good stay in a service-orientated hotel in close proximity to the city. The rooms are quiet and the bed is very comfortable. Beautiful views of the ships in the canal very impressive. Big clean pool. Great meals in the cafe by the water. Well appointed with product, a number of TV channels in different languages. The breakfast provided has broad ranging dishes to suit a number of different cultural tastes. Attentive friendly staff. Thank you again.

This is the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in in my ten years of traveling. I didn't expect it to be luxurious before I checked in, after all, Mercure is positioned as an ordinary hotel. But I was shocked when I entered. The waiter came in with insecticide to kill insects. The carpets from the corridor to the room were so dirty that I couldn't bear to look at them. The bedding was pilling. I didn't know how many years I had used a thin quilt without changing it. The sheets were pilling to an extreme extent. When I touched it with my hand, there were lumps all over it, as if there were hard-shelled bugs on the mattress. I had to call twice before they sent me drinking water. Mercure Ismailia Forsan Island a lovely Hotel is located in an excellent location, overlooking the Suez Canal Extremely clean & comfortable and very beautiful view. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Everywhere you go you will be welcomed by the staff. I would like to thank Mr.Ibrahim AlSewefi , the reservation manager, for his professional methods .Mr.Elswefi is a live example for a successful manager. I really appreciated his positive attitude. When I arrived to the hotel Mr. AlSewefi met me and my wife at the front desk , We felt like we were treated as a value guest. On the the other hand, I would like to thank all of the front desk staff for their outstanding performance . Furthermore,I would like to thank the restaurant staff especially chef Mohen for his nice treats . The breakfast was very good,many varieties and delicious foods Because Mercure hotel’s staff I would definetely recommend Mercure Ismailia hotel .It's not the first time I stayed in Mercure Ismailia Forsan Island, but I will definitely come back in the future.
