Zimmer für diese Preiskategorie in einem desolaten Zustand (sowohl Sauberkeit als auch Erhaltungszustand), Personal teilweise inkompetent und frech, keinerlei Einweisung in Abläufe bzw. Erklärung zu Funktionen der Einrichtungen für Neuankömmlinge. Preisliches Entgegenkommen nach Beschwerde absolut unzureichend. Auch die überaus freundliche und sehr bemühte Bedienung im Restaurant beim Abendessen konnte den schlechten Gesamteindruck nicht mehr retten. FAZIT: Preis-Leistungsverhältnis unverschämt!!! Für uns das erste und DEFINITIV letzte Mal dort, eine Weiterempfehlung durch uns wird nicht erfolgen!

Es ist alles sehr in die Jahre gekommen, war vor ca 10 Jahren schonmal Gast im tannenhäuschen und seid dem wurde Gefühlt nichts erneuert und es wirkt alles veraltet! Man merkte das Personal Probleme herschen! Der Sole Bereich ist teilweise echt dreckig! Man merkte das dort nicht täglich der Boden des bads geputzt wird da überall kleine dreckspartickel und fliegen rum lagen! Das schlimmste war aber leider das Badezimmer im Hotelzimmer selbst! Die Dusche war verstopft voller Haare was sehr ekelhaft war und so ist das Wasser nicht abgelaufen und dementsprechend stand das Badezimmer nach dem duschgang unter Wasser und meine Lebensgefährtin ist deshalb ausgerutscht und hat sie am Gesäß einen blauen Fleck zugezogen! Werde die nächste Zeit das hotel nicht mehr buchen und kann es auch nicht mehr weiterempfehlen!

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr schön und unser Zimmer war mit Blick zum Garten sehr ruhig. Der einzige Nachteil war, dass das Zimmer nur über die Treppe und ohne Fahrstuhl erreichbar war. Auch der Weg zum Wellnessbereich war etwas umständlich am Restaurant vorbei. Das Bett war schön hart und wir bekamen Allergikerbetten und zwei verschiedengroße Kissen. Beim Frühstücksbufett mit Omelette-Station gab es eine große Auswahl an Brötchen, Käse, Wurst, Fisch, Entsafter für Gemüse, Obstauswahl, Brötchenauswahl - sogar Dinkel. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Der Wellnessbereich wie Saunen und Pools hat uns sehr gut gefallen, nur der Aktivpool war viel zu kalt! Das Personal an der Rezeption und beim Frühstück war sehr zuvorkommend. Wenn wir mal wieder in die Nähe von Wesel kommen, werden wir bestimmt bei Ihnen wohnen.

Alles in allem eine Top-Destination, mit einer kleinen Anmerkung. Als Tagungsgast gab es ein Mittagsbuffet. Geschmacklich top, allerdings eine zu kleine Auswahl. Sonst ist für ein relaxtes Tagen alles vorhanden.

I visited the hotel with my girlfriend and didn't have any special expectations. After the first day I was completely relaxed. The sauna was so relaxing and nice and the sun came out and we were able to use the sun loungers. The food was absolutely perfect, very tasty and varied. I will definitely come back again, this time with my husband.

We stayed one night with half board. The hotel is a bit old but it has everything you could wish for on a wellness trip. The people are friendly. The food is really good. Recommended for 1-2 nights. We will be back.
