Hotel Haus Duden

📍 Konrad-Duden-Straße 99, Wesel

"Spacious room, very clean, very friendly staff, good parking, and a delicious breakfast."

Waldhotel Tannenhäuschen

Waldhotel Tannenhäuschen ★★★★

📍 Am Tannenhäuschen 7, Wesel

"The Tannenhäuschen was always a place for fine dining and relaxation. The spa area, sauna, etc. was top notch but the salt thermal baths/indoor pool weren't heated in January and they aren't now either. And the buffet for 49 euros per person is unacceptable. There was a group of 50 men there and we were chatting and I asked why none of them were at the buffet? The answer was it didn't taste good, I couldn't confirm this but it's definitely not worth 49 euros."

Weseler Wirtshaus Appartements

Weseler Wirtshaus Appartements ★★★

📍 Berliner-Tor-Platz 4, Wesel

"Rooms are clean in themselves. The facilities and equipment are strange. chairs too high for table. 2 tables, bix bed and pan pot."

Hotel Kaiserhof Wesel
7.9 (40 reviews)

Hotel Kaiserhof Wesel ★★★

📍 Kaiserring 1, Wesel

"OK I am NOT the most fussy traveller. Is a restful, peaceful nights sleep, having your bed made, a comfortable room, too much to ask for ? None of which was on offering here. Instead I was serenaded by motor vehicle engines, punctuated by horns, pigeons cooing audible outside my window which were closed, all set off with the ambiance of the delicate odour of exhaust fumes. Oh and the noisey neighbours both inside and out were delightful aesthetic touch. Another feature of the hotel is the struggle with keys you have which you must put into the locks. In summation - YOU COULDNT PAY ME TO RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE !!"

Hotel Haus Duden
"The hotel is located in the countryside of Wessel, in a quiet and peaceful setting. The breakfast is good, but there is no kettle in the room; you need to borrow one from the front desk. A deposit of 20 is required. Free parking is available. Overall, it's a standard hotel."

Waldhotel Tannenhäuschen ★★★★
"I was very satisfied with my stay. The only thing that we all noticed was that at lunch and dinner the selection of dishes was quickly emptied in the containers provided and you couldn't always take your selection and then had to wait until it was refilled."

Weseler Wirtshaus Appartements ★★★
"We were not welcome , without words we were pushed into the hand the key for the last (3rd) floor, only on requests we were told which entrance we had to. No lift, no help for us older people. 3 floors through a disgusting stream. The apartment was cold, but clean. No single stick in the box, soap- and. shampoo donor sticked and unusable, no fence, only 1 bathroom emmer for 3 rooms, mattresses stone hard.No more information, no wlake key, very spartanian furnished. For young people without claims OK."

Hotel Kaiserhof Wesel ★★★
"I stayed at Hotel Kaiserhof while I was stationed in Wesel for a short period (UK military, based at Schill-Kaserne). It was a really convenient place to stay. The location is spot on — right in the town centre, and you can walk to pretty much everything. There’s a supermarket directly behind the hotel, which came in handy. Big plus as well: a free car park. There’s a restaurant downstairs in the building and it’s reopened this year. I ate there a couple of times and the steaks were genuinely excellent. Breakfast was really good with plenty of choice, and it starts early (from 6am), which suited my schedule. I started out in a standard room, which was a bit on the small side. As I ended up staying longer, I moved to a comfort room — much better for an extended stay. More space and a balcony as well, which I appreciated. Overall, I was very happy. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, everything was clean, and the price felt fair. Also, sorting the bill through the travel office/booking team was straightforward every time. I’d definitely recommend it, and I’d stay there again."
