We stayed here as a family and chose the hotel due to its location and also the Hilton brand. Every aspect and element of our stay was outstanding; from the welcome and check in process, the concierge, housekeeping, catering and reception desk - all outstanding and so detailed in the service they give to hosts. We particularly liked this hotel because whilst it's located in the old down district, it's amenities are highly modern, crisp and contemporary. We really enjoyed dining on the roof top terrace, adorned with an array of beautiful flowers and a cosmopolitan vibe. On Friday evenings the live music performance by a guitarist and singer made for a lovely dining experience complemented with delicious food (the tiramasu was one of the best I've ever had!). Our particular thanks to Gonca and the breakfast team for going out of their way to make us very well looked after and adorning our baby with love and lots of attention. We will most certainly return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Istanbul - you will be very pleased

I had an amazing stay here on June 11 2023. Arrived and was greeted with friendly employees who was willing to assist me with my luggage and with a bright smile too! Met Omer from concierge and we spoke for a brief period of time with him explaining to me about the whereabouts in Istanbul. Also, Kubra showed me to my room and explained in detail about the room amenities. Before checking out, when I had my breakfast ( great selection) Kubra showed up, asked about my stay, whether everything was alright and my experience visiting Istanbul. She and the rest of the bellman team even send me off. So sweet of them! Room was cosy and I like the ambience of it. Location was great since it is near all the attractions. My stay was for two nights. If you want a hotel that is not too busy and crazy, i would suggest this hotel. Shoutout to Kubra and Omer! Hope to see the both of you when I am back in Istanbul!

Absolutely Perfact place for visitors. Very clean very nice and very convenient. Front Desk stuff are full of happy welcoming and always able to help you out. Morning breakfast is excellent with a lot of variety. Rooms are big with many kind of coffee and biscuits for free. Also available mini bar in room for those who they like alcohol. We stayed there last week of August 22 and encountered a number of issues. Firstly, our room wasn't ready the first night and we were given to separate rooms which split our family up. I wasn't happy about this but we had no choice. What was alarming that during our stay, I observed atleast 5 other families having similar issue as you can't help not noticing people complaining when you walk past reception. I think this is a scam by the hotel as they encourage the booking, take the money then the first night you not in the room you paid for. Also the photos on booking.com is a complete lie. The room we stayed in did not look anything like what was portrayed on the site. We booked two double beds but one of them is a sofa bed! Not comfortable and we did raise this but hotel couldn't care less. They couldn't offer us another room so we had no choice to accept it. Moving on, the stay itself was pleasant enough. Breakfast was decent (but orange juice is cordial!), swimming pools sauna steam rooms were great. There is also a huge jacuzzi bath which was nice. Hotel is located 10 mins walk to grand bazaar and 5 mins walk to nearest tram. Cleanliness is poor. I would rate 2 out of 5. Cleaner was in and out like a flash. Didn't do floor etc. I looked under bed and dust has been collecting for months and not cleaned. Overall ok hotel but expensive for the service we encountered. Would I return? Probably not unless hotel can improve its cleanliness and customer service. I should have been offered some sort of refund for the first night and the sofa bed.

I enjoyed staying in this hotel. Pluses: - comfortable big rooms; - perfect location - next to Istiklal famous street and Taksim square is just 10 minutes walk; a lot of restaurants, shops around; 5 minutes walk to Galata tower; - very good service; - ok breakfast (selection could be better) - but service is amazing. Attentive and fast. Special thanks to Eren - surprised with very good service. Please keep him. - 18th floor have amazing restaurant with city view; - ok small gym; - nice outdoor pool. Minuses: - amenties sometimes have some issues - like windows lockers, lights. Before rooms are given to clients - would recommend to check. In general would recommend and i would be back.

The victory hotel is in a great location. It's at the top of the hill so once u get there it's easy access to the rest of the city. Also Guven at the front desk was very helpful with navigating the city and kind. He was a wonderful human to meet. The hotel was very accommodating as I didn't have to carry my bags upstairs and they brought us a crib for my baby to sleep in. There's an interesting power feature with the key to the room as you only receive one I think its more of a security feature. The view from the rooftop is amazing as you can see the entire city and even catch views of the sea. If we come back to istanbul I'd definitely use this hotel again. Only thing I'd change is more American accommodating selections at breakfast like toast pancakes scrambled eggs or waffles, and a ramp for the handicap / strollers

My wife and I stayed four nights in The Beethoven Hotel in mid July. I was well pleased with everything. It is only a short walk from the Metro and there are numerous restaurants and shops in the area around the University. A couple of main roads are nearby. Our only issue was totally beyond the control of the hotel. It was a holiday weekend and there was a lot of noise late at night from neighbouring bars and at one point there was a drummer in the street below accompanying his dad who was playing a horn! These things can happen anywhere. I would recommend the hotel and be happy to stay there again. Helpful staff, outstanding breakfast options and clean attractive building.

The room in the hotel is very spacious and well equipped. The room had a French balcony, so it is also suitable for smokers. The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly, they welcome you with a smile and good advice, and they can also book a taxi for you to your chosen destination. I would also like to praise the spa center and the spa manager Jusuf because it is perfect, the saunas are spacious, well maintained and exactly as they should be. If you want to swim in the indoor pool, you are required to wear a swimming cap, otherwise swimming is prohibited. I recommend the hotel because it is just a stone's throw away from the main bazaar and only a 20-minute walk from the Hagia Sofia mosque. Everything is very close.
