Reception is very friendly and helpful and location is one of the best, very central to everything : public transport, boat, taxi, shopping but unfortunately rooms are not clean at all even if they where ‘cleaned’ the day there is a lot of dust en bathroom has a lot of mold spots even in the shower that is not cleaned

Могу одним словом описать. Великолепно! Чистая команата, кровати удобные, завтрак отличный, люди очень добрые, дружелюбные, помогают во всех проблемах. Спасибо Мустафу который там работает, просто красавчик, помог во всём. Советую всем кто приедет в Стамбул!)

İstanbulun en nezih ve tarihi otellerinden biri olabilir personellerin güler yüzünden tutun hijyene kadar mükkemmel ilgi ve alakanız için teşekkürler. Manzara olarakta çok güzel bi konumda olmasıda ayrıca hoşuma gitti balkona çıkıp bi kahve içmenizi tavsiye ederim.

Günü birlik iş için sirkecideydim ve Sanş eseri gördüm önce tereddütlerim vardı ama karşılayan Mustafa kardeşimin nezaketi ve ilgisi benim ön yargımı kaldırdı. Zaten sonra odamı görünce çok rahat ve temizdi..lokasyon olarakda çok Merkezi bir yerde..herkese çok teşekkür ederim 1 gün bile olsa çok memnun kaldım

Temiz güvenilir aile için ***et uygun bir otel başta yapılan kötü yorumlardan dolayı şüpheli yaklaşrım ama tüm tabularım burda kalmaya başladığım ilk andan itibaren yıkıldı ve gönül rahatlığıyla ailemle kalmaya devam ettim ve kesinlikle kalmaya devam edeceğim bir otel oldu burası artık otel değil bizim İstanbul'daki evimiz

Otelin hizmeti çalışanlarının güler yüzlülüğü olsun her şey harikaydı. Otel çok temiz bir oteldi gönül rahatlığıyla pandemi döneminde kalınacak bir otel. Her yere yakın mesafede. Bu yüzden ulaşım sıkıntısı yaşamadım.
