The rooms and bathrooms are well kept and look very nice which I appreciated. Unfortunately it's on a busy street, it's exrremely noisy with the windows open and still noisy with the windows closed, the AC didn't work so it was stuffy, and the walls are very thin -- we could hear the other rooms guests with clarity. So a bad night sleep.

The room was clean. However, even though I entered my payment information from ********** at the entrance and received a fixed price guarantee, they charged me the difference because I paid by credit card. Apart from that, the hotel is good and it is a great advantage that it is at the bottom of Marmaray.
