It was nice room and great service by the hotel staff it was very pleasant experience for us.

It's a business travel hotel. Nothing around to do . Furniture outdated .Old Hotel. No sound proofing in the rooms ..we could hear the snoring and noise from nearby rooms . No kettles or coffee-tea facilities in the room . Over priced !!! Breakfast just average.

THE hOTEL IS EXCELLENT BUT THE ACCESS TO THE LOCATION IS NOT EASY

The only advantage of the hotel in terms of location is that it is a fair. There is no breakfast, cleanliness or comfort in the hotel

Very bad, please don't stay at this hotel. At first, we traded the room fee at the hotel front desk, and found that the price at the front desk was much more expensive than the Ctrip platform, so we refunded the transaction at the front desk and booked again on Ctrip. But the refund transaction totaled more than 30,000 yuan, and it has not been credited to the account after more than a month. UnionPay checked the system and the refund was not successful for two transactions. The hotel has been insisting that the refund has been made. The hotel is playing tricks. Now I don't know where the money is. In fact, it is in their account and no refund has been made.

The hotel is clean and very convenient for those who are having an event at the expo center But it is very far from the city center They have a spa A simple breakfast Walking distance from the expo and the metro station If you are looking for a leisure trip, then better to stay near downtown or by the Bosphorus

A fleeting visit, I arrived just after midnight and was greeted by a tired but friendly night receptionist. I was offered a choice of a smoking or non smoking room, I took non smoking. He also kindly said that I was able to check out at 2pm instead of 12pm, when I asked about the checkout time. I went down for breakfast at 10am, half an hour before they close, and was surprised at how busy it was and how much food was still available. Not sure what the Maitre D was there for, was not checking anyones room number, but there were staff asking if everything was ok. I got a 15 minute warning by the waiter that the buffet would be closing. A bit disappointed with the terrible coffee. It wasn't even a filter machine, but an old douwe eggberts style with bitter tasting coffe. They have the automatic button set so that it fills the cup right to the top, no room for milk at al!

It is nice hotel close to the exhibition halls, restaurants, and coffees. I could not eat in the hotel so I do not know the quality of food.

Overall very nice hotel with professional and friendly staff. Some rooms are a little dated. Excellent for expo location. But nothing else nearby. Taxi required.

The property is in a location within a walking distance from the airport which gives you a peace of mind as you approach your flight day. However, they are shutting down the A/C, and instead placing it in 'fan mode' to fake the patrons and customers that the AC is working. Not the first time but definitely a good pick during the winter.

Advantage is that its near exhibition area.

they need to be up to date on lots of things . no airport pick up or drop off, no room service , bugs in rooms , hot temp in room .
