Kiváló hotel.
Csak jót tudok mondani róla. A reggeli bőséges, és tipikus Török ízek, sok zöldséggel, uborkával, paradicsommal stb stb.
A szobák tiszták, napi takarítás van. A recepciós segítőkész és korrekt nagyon.
A fürdőszoba is tiszta, korrekt. Nekem épp volt 1 gondom a fürdőszoba ajtóval, így kompletten szobát cseréltek nekem.
Elhelyezkedés szempontjából is nagyon jó.
1-2 percre van nagyobb bolt is, a látnivalók is, Kék Mecset pl kb 5-6 percre van.
Ajánlom a hotelt mindenkinek!

L’hôtel a besoin d’être renouvelé, mobilier vétuste, petit déjeuner pas trop de choix, pas de jus. L’employé en cuisine s’est permis de venir nous crier dessous et nous demander de nettoyer les petite miettes laisser par notre bébé! Le point positif s’est l’emplacement de l’hôtel à proximité de tous les lieux touristique, tramway ainsi que les commerces

Great central location with easy access via metro / tram. Walking distance to shopping, tourist attractions and hamam locations. Noise level from street is something only very good sealing of the windows might improve. Friendly and helpful staff with many recommendations for activities

Do not stay at this hotel. It is false that they have 4 stars, they only have 2. The hotel was dirty, I got sick due to its lack of hygiene, there was a lot of dust. I thought I had caught a bad flu but it turned out it was an allergy to a mite or some dangerous substance. I'm 60 years old and nothing like that has ever happened to me in my life. On the sixth day that I had not left the room except for lunch, I moved to a fantastic hotel 70 meters away that was 4 real stars and cheaper and the problem ended. Nothing happened to my partner. They fired me refusing to refund any money even though I had paid for 9 nights. The next day after my threats via WhatsApp they paid me only two nights even though I paid for three at the other hotel. Let's see if from here, Spain, I can bring this to the attention of any health authority in Istanbul. They ruined our Christmas vacation in the worst way.

: Personnels très accueillant, ménages et nettoyage journaliers et changement des draps; Emplacement très pratique pour visiter la plupart des monuments à pied. Vue agréable par les trois façades de la chambre. Présence d’un coffre fort fonctionnel et un mini frigo avec plusieurs boissons et sneakers de - de 1 à 2 €; bouilloire avec des sachets de Nescafé et lepton gratuitement. Ascenseur fonctionnel
-: par contre l’isolation acoustique est très médiocre, trop de bruits venant de l’extérieur; détachements de la peinture sur le bas mur et mobiliers un peu vieillot, une grosse tache sur le côté droit du matelas, éventuellement du café renversé par un client. Et en parlant du matelas, elle n’est très confortable, désolé ils doivent investir dans un nouveau matelas dans un cas pareil, le matelas du côté gauche elle penche vers le bas, j’ai vérifié le sommier mais ce dernier est droit, après 4 jours/sur les 8j de séjour , j’ai fini par dormi sur le canapé-lit, un peu mieux que le matelas. Le petit déjeuné était varié de nourriture local mais pas bon à notre goût.

It is not a 4 star hotel as advertised. It's 3 stars. The cleaning girls start at 8 in the morning making too much noise without caring that people are asleep.
The best of the hotel is the location. It's excellent
