Nobody asks the old man who works there because in any case he is not going to help you with the TV that doesn't work, or with the broken shower, or with the hot water or the air conditioning that doesn't exist or with anything. Best staff: Redouane, he is a charm, he goes out of his way to always give you the best service even if it is his day off. Not very safe neighborhood

The manager Khalid was friendly and helpful. He did what he could to welcome me into the property. Unfortunately the spot AC was not working and the stairs were very narrow. Which makes it hard to claim it with any suitcase. However; Khalid helped me with my luggage and offer some breakfast for free. Thank you Khalid

Place filled with lice, ants and bugs. I was bitten by them during first night. Have dozens of bites all around my body. They canned my room, promised to make a refund ( of course they never did ) and been avoiding me and other guests. Same happened at their other location 23.

I booked double deluxe room in the red tent suite 88 three months ago when I booked i told them don't give me any basement room but when I went there they gave me basement room I showed them my booking that I booked double deluxe room they said that they gave that room to some body else I said I booked it 3 months ago how can u do this or u should tell me but the staff was very rude they didn't cooperate with us so I asked for my refund they said they can't refund me I said its not my fault its ur problem but they refused to refund me then I said I can't check in in this dark and small filthy room I left the hotel and went to see for another hotel I am staying in another hotel now plz do not book the red tent suite 88 they are SCAM and FRAUD

As a person who does not complicate things about hotel reviews, I ought to state that my stay in this hotel was a terrible experience. The room was an underground place where no sunlight could possibly get through. The odor was awful. We could not stand there one day, so we decided to move to another hotel.

The hotel is in a dangerous area, the building is a dump, the rooms are dirty. Everywhere smells like laham. The owners are a complete scammer. If you don't want to live with mice, it's better to even walk across the hotel street. A place that I could not stand for a single night and left. The money was not returned. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THESE SCAMERS.
