Customer service was rude , as I came directly from airport asked for early check in , they charge me almost two days charges for one night stay because I wanted to check in early , room was smelly , AC can’t be turned on for more than 10 mins , will turn off by itself , it’s nearby to airport so a good choice apart from that , would not recommend

It's in a good location from Istanbul Airport, so I had a good night's rest before heading out. It was nice that the inside of the room was newly decorated. If only the shuttle service was available, it would be perfect.

Not very satisfied, the decoration smell is serious, the breakfast is very inappropriate, and it is not worth the price at all. We asked the front desk to make an appoin**ent for a taxi. This taxi cannot use the POS machine. The distance between the taxi and the hotel is also included in the price. It is not as cost-effective as Uber. The service at the front desk is okay.

The worst Ibis hotel I have ever stayed in... The rooms are very small and most of the rooms are in the basement... You can see people's feet from the window of your room... All the tire noise of passing vehicles is in the room... A very noisy hotel... The hotel where I stayed only to sleep but could not sleep... The employees are sullen and do not do their job properly... There is no restaurant (it is under maintenance), the rooms are empty... And it is very cold... The whole hotel smells very strong of perfume... Their work is very difficult... Someone in authority should take control of this hotel...
