Customer service was rude , as I came directly from airport asked for early check in , they charge me almost two days charges for one night stay because I wanted to check in early , room was smelly , AC can’t be turned on for more than 10 mins , will turn off by itself , it’s nearby to airport so a good choice apart from that , would not recommend

不是很滿意，裝修氣味嚴重，早餐非常不合適，完全不值得這個價格。我們讓前台約了一個的士，這個的士不能刷pos機，的士來酒店的路程也算價格，沒有uber划算。前台的服務還可以。

Very good location close to airport, very clean with comfortable bed, the staff were very kind and helpful even I had a very late check in Mr Alican at the reception made very easy and smooth.

Konakladığım en kötü ibis otel… Odalar çok küçük ve çoğu oda bodrumda… Odanızın camından insanların ayaklarını görüyorsunuz… Yoldan geçen araçların tüm lastik sesi odanın içinde… Çok gürültülü bir otel… Sadece uyumak için konakladığım ama uyuyamadığım otel…. Çalışanlar asık suratlı ve işlerini düzgün yapmıyor… Restaurant yok (Bakımdaymış), odalar bom boş… Ve çok soğuk… Tüm otel çok ağır parfüm kokuyor… İşleri çok zor… Yetkili biri bu otele el atmalı…
