The children and I liked the place, the only set back is that it's too far from the touristic areas and not much shopping nearby. I was disappointed that the ladies Sauna wasn't working, especially since I booked the place mainly for that. Overall it was a nice hotel.

Accommodation facilities were nice. I wish there was a hard pillow option, but there was not, and the breakfast did not attract my attention because the hot products were generally in sausage and sausage style.

More comfortable, the environment can be, and convenient.

This is nearly a month in Turkey, I spent the same money, I lived in a bigger house, and the bed was bigger. The types of breakfast are also compared. There are also more people eating.

It can be recommended. Nice hotel. It may be better if the tvs are replaced with smart tv.

Large variety available in the breakfast buffet… far more then we have seen at any other hotel. The spa was nice and relaxing … also very affordable.

One of the worst hotels I’ve been in. Horrible service i wanted to some ice in the bar, there was a woman that worked there and she doesn’t want to help me and make me feel like I’m a burden for her, no WIFI IN ROOM, the breakfast is similar to the breakfast u see in jail, u can find much better breakfasts in gas stations, hot water is a more like a warm water, towels are eclectic u can get good one and used old one, walls are thin as paper u can hear everything even water that goes through the sower. The only spot of light is the nice man in the front desk Mr. Yasin that tries his best under this circumstances. A new hotel that feels like a old motel in a gas station.

well if you think this is a five star hotel like hayatt or hilton and so on you are wrong. you know you take what you pay for it . I think for this price the hotel is ok. The room is big with big balcony. not clean very well. we had problem with showers water was too hot they finally fixed it. breakfast was poor and expensive( 200Tl per person) with no friendly staff. in fact you don't need to have breakfast in hotel there are some restaurants like yusof kofteci ( 35 _55 Tl for breakfast) with unlimited tea in 5 minutes from the hotel. The hotel is very far from tourist attractions so if you are in istanbul for first time I do not recommend it because you have to pay too much for taxi .no metro or tramva near it .but in 5 minutes from the hotel you can find bus station and dolmus to travel around the aria .

Was terrible, no hot water, hygiene was bad and so many empty promises about getting hot water, waited a whole day and still no hot water, then left for another hotel Waste of money, I want a full refund please!

We had a family room in the 6th floor of the hotel. During our stay a band or something similar was in the room right next to us. The walls are so thin, you can hear and understand absolutely everthing. They sang songs the whole night and were in general very loud, so it was nearly impossible to sleep for us. Also a complain at 2 o'clock in the morning at the hotel lobby was not helpful. Beside the not acceptable thin walls, our fridge was dirty and smelled terribly. And at last the toilet was not mounted proberly. When you sit on it, the toilet lowered several cm, so you were afraid that it would just fall off.
