Hi I did book i room with balcony and I paid extra money when I get there they give me different room without balcony when I asked the reception and try to explin to him what I book and the reason I payed extra bicose of the balcony he get angry he told me if you don’t like it cancel now they give the other room to different pole and they charge them extra
