Wonderful hotel in the old city center. It takes no more than 20 minutes to walk to Hagia Sophia. Nearby metro, railway stop, bus stop. The hotel has very friendly staff, good tasty breakfast, has an elevator, and is clean. Cleaning every day. There are many restaurants, supermarkets nearby, not far from the TADO confectionery there is something like a canteen where you can have inexpensive lunch and dinner, it’s a 5-minute walk from the hotel. Very satisfied, I liked everything. Thank you very much!! We will recommend it to our friends who are flying to Istanbul!

A very good hotel, stayed for three nights in total. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety and good hygiene. The hotel staff was very warm and helpful. The service attitude of the front desk guy and the cleaning lady was very good. The restaurant view is also very good, there are many restaurants around, and it takes about ten to twenty minutes to walk to Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. If I come to Istanbul next time, I will stay in this hotel again.

I really enjoyed my stay. We were even pleasantly surprised that everything was so clean and tidy in the room. In the photo it seemed careless in the rooms, but no. At my request, we were not placed on the first floor. For which I am very grateful. Since the hotel is in the center, the nightlife there is vibrant until three or four o'clock. The third floor was relatively quiet with the windows closed. The curtains are dark, the air conditioning works for both cold and heat. Cleaning every day. The bathroom is not small. The room itself is smaller than in the photo, but there was enough space for two of us with a friend. The mattresses are comfortable, there are plenty of pillows. The only thing missing was one more chair. There was a wardrobe, tea accessories, a kettle, water. The shower was periodically contrasting, but this is understandable - in Turkey there are boilers everywhere. A little tired towels and furniture. But we only came there for the night. Breakfast is monotonous, but tasty. With sea views. Excellent selection of homemade cheeses. There are few baked goods, but enough for breakfast. Tea, coffee, juice. Overall, we were full. And there are many cafes nearby with breakfast, if that's what you need. Many restaurants and grocery markets. The location is excellent, the center, close to all the attractions and the Marmara Sea embankment - Kennedy Avenue. Metro and tram nearby. They called us a taxi back to the airport. The staff is friendly and pleasant. Thanks everyone.

There is a BN1 bus downstairs of the hotel. You can get there by navigating over the overpass. The environment is OK. It's not very new but clean. The breakfast is delicious. There are many small restaurants and bars downstairs of the hotel. It's very lively. It feels very safe. There is no place where you feel uneasy. I give it as a reference. I feel very good about my overall stay.

Forced consumption. We booked a single room when we made the reservation, but we were not aware of it at the time. Two people took their luggage and passports to the front desk to check in, but the front desk only took the passport of the person who made the reservation, and did not take the other person's. Then they lowered their heads throughout the process and gave us the room card. We were quite surprised at the time, but we took the room card and went into the room. After 20 minutes, the front desk called to ask if the other person wanted to stay here. If they wanted to stay here, they had to open an extra room, and refused to cancel the room for us on the grounds that the room had already been used. When we negotiated at the front desk, the front desk had an extremely bad attitude and blamed the customer for the fault. He said that he thought the other person was just a visitor (but it was obvious that two people took their luggage to the front desk to check in) and asked us to open an extra double room and paid 70 euros. And threatened us rudely and unreasonably. In the end, the two of us paid for two rooms. And the quilt of the newly opened double room was very dirty, and there were shoe prints! The hygiene was worrying. It was a very bad check-in experience,
